국문 초록

본 연구는 전남지역 창업지원 프로그램이 성공 창업에 미치는 영향과 경영자 특성이 이들의 관계에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 전남지역 소상공인 창업자 200명의 자료를 토대로 변수간의 관계를 검증하였다. 연구 결과 창업지원 프로그램에서 성공 창업에 영향력이 제일 높은 요인은 교육지원이고, 다음으로 자금지원 순으로 나타났다. 창업지원 프로그램에서 교육지원과 자금지원이 증가할수록 성공 창업이 증가할 수 있다고 예측할 수 있다. 또한, 매개효과에서는 경영자 진취성, 역량이 창업지원 프로그램에 대해 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 창업자의 교육지원 여부에 따른 차이분석 결과에서는 경영자의 진취성, 경영자의 역량, 성공 창업은 통계적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 시사점은 기존 논문과 다르게 교육지원, 진취성이 성공 창업에 유의미한 결과로 도출되었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effect of the start-up support program in Jeollanam-do on successful entrepreneurship and the characteristics of managers on their relationship. To this end, the relationship between variables was verified based on data from 200 small business founders in Jeollanam-do. As a result of the study, the factor that has the highest influence on successful entrepreneurship in the start-up support program was education support, followed by funding. It can be predicted that successful entrepreneurship may increase as education support and funding increase in the start-up support program. In addition, in terms of the mediating effect, it was found that the manager's initiative and competency were significant for the start-up support program. In the results of the analysis of differences according to the educational support of the founder, it was confirmed that there were statistical differences in the manager's initiative, the manager's competency, and successful entrepreneurship. The implications were that, unlike previous papers, educational support and initiative were derived as meaningful results for successful entrepreneurship.
