특수학교 중도중복장애 고등학생의 진로·직업교육 활동 참여에 관한 사례연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 특수학교 중도중복장애 고등학생의 진로·직업교육 활동 참여를 살펴보고, 특수학교 중도중복장애 고등학생의 진로·직업교육 활동 참여가 중도중복장애 고등학생에게 어떠한 의미를 가지는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 참여관찰과 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 참여관찰 자료 분석 방법 중 영역분석 방법을 이용하여 자료를 분석하고 해석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 중도중복장애 고등학생은 감각 자극이 제공되는 활동에 관심을 보이며, 이러한 활동에는 적극적으로 참여하는 모습을 보였다. 둘째, 중도중복장애 고등학생의 경우는 과도한 안전 또는 작업 성과에 치중한 나머지 진로·직업교육 활동 참여에 제한을 받기도 하였다. 마지막으로, 중도중복장애 고등학생은 다양한 지원을 통해 진로·직업교육 활동에 참여하고 있었다. 결론: 중도중복장애 고등학생의 특성에 적합한 진로·직업교육을 통해 중도중복장애학생이 미래 진로를 효율적으로 준비할 수 있도록 하는 활동을 제공해야 한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study attempted to examine the participation of high school students with severe and multiple disabilities in career and vocational education activities, and to examine the meaning of high school students with severe and multiple disabilities in career and vocational education activities in a special school. Method: Data were collected through participatory observation and interviews, and the data were analyzed and interpreted using a domain analysis method. Result: First, the high school students with severe and multiple disabilities showed interest in activities that provide sensory stimulation and actively participated in these activities. Second, the high school students with severe and multiple disabilities were restricted from participating in career and vocational education activities because they focused on excessive safety and work results. Finally, the high school students with severe and multiple disabilities were participating in career and vocational education activities through various supports. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide activities for students with severe and multiple disabilities to prepare for their future careers through career and vocational education suitable for the characteristics of the high school students with severe and multiple disabilities.
