공인중개사의 직업전문성 인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 공인중개사의 직업전문성 인식과 직무만족의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 공인중개사의 직업전문성 인식 요인을 도출하여 서울과 경기지역 공인중개사 203명을 대상으로 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 공인중개사의 직업전문성 인식에 대해 소명의식과 자기통제성, 직업의식은 통계적으로 유의한 영향력이 있음을 확인하였다. 하지만 주체의식은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 공인중개사의 직업전문성 인식을 통해 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 소명의식과 자기통제성, 직업의식 요인을 제고하여야 한다. 이를 위해 첫째 공인중개사는 공인중개사 직업에 대해 유용하고 중요한 일로 인식하고, 공인중개사 일을 통한 보람, 공인중개사 일이 좋아서 종사하는 소명의식을 가질 수 있도록 노력하여야 한다. 둘째, 공인중개사는 법과 윤리위반 규제, 합당한 처벌, 공인중개사 상호 간의 평가, 윤리 실천 등 자기통제성을 강화하여야 한다. 셋째, 공인중개사 직업은 사회에 공헌하는 인정받는 직업임을 인식하고 고객서비스, 전문서비스 등을 제공하여 직업의식을 강화하는 것이 필요하다 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between recognition of professional expertise and job satisfaction of licensed real estate agents. To achieve the purpose of this study, we derived factors that recognized the professionalism of real estate agents and statistically analyzed their impact on job satisfaction among 203 real estate agents in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. As a result, it was confirmed that sense of calling, self-control, and professional consciousness have a statistically significant influence on the recognition of professional expertise of licensed real estate agents. However, it was analyzed that sense of ownership had no effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to increase job satisfaction through recognition of the professionalism of real estate agents, the factors of sense of calling, self-control, and professional awareness must be improved. To this end, first, real estate agents must recognize the profession of a real estate agent as useful and important, and strive to have a sense of vocation in engaging in it because it is rewarding and enjoyable to work as a real estate agent. Second, licensed real estate agents must strengthen self-control, including regulation of violations of law and ethics, appropriate punishment, mutual evaluation of licensed real estate agents, and ethical practice. Third, it is necessary to recognize that the real estate agent profession is a recognized profession that contributes to society and to strengthen professional awareness by providing customer service and professional services.
