사주 오행 중 土의 太過·不及과 질병의 연관성 고찰

국문 초록

이 논문은 선천적 사주 명조의 五行 중 土의 太過와 不及으로 인하여 일어날 수 있는 오장육부의 질병에 대하여 고찰한 것이다. 사주에서 土 五行이 과하게 나타나는 太過와 부족하게 나타나는 不及으로 불균형과 부조화가 발생한다. 인체의 균형을 유지하고 조화로운 상태를 만들려면 음양오행의 불균형과 부조화를 바로잡아야 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 『황제내경(黃帝內經)』 등 원전(原典)에서 밝혀 놓은 불균형과 부조화의 원인을 먼저 고찰한 후, 五行 중 土 기운이 과하거나 부족한 경우, 중용을 이루고 있는 경우에 대해 각각 사례 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 土가 太過일 때는 土를 견제하는 水木 기운이 올 때 건강해지고, 土가 不及일 때는 土를 도와주는 火土 기운이 올 때 건강해지고, 사주가 中和되었을 때 건강하고 조화롭게 생활하는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

This thesis studied diseases of five viscera and six entrails which may occur due to excess (太過) and insufficiency (不及) of earth (土) of the five elements of innate Saju Destiny Frame. Imbalance and disharmony occur due to due to excess (太過) that earth (土) of the five elements excessively appears and insufficiency (不及) that it insufficiently does in four pillars. Imbalance and disharmony of Yin-Yang and Five-Elements should be corrected to keep the human bodies’ balance and make them harmonious. Accordingly, the purpose of the study was to study causes of imbalance and disharmony clarified by the source books (原典) including 『The Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor (黃帝內經)』 first and then conduct case analyses of when earth (土) of the five elements is excessive, insufficient, and moderate. As a result, it was analyzed that men get to be healthy when water and wood which check earth (土) in the event that it is excessive (太過), they do when fire and earth (火土) which helps it come in the event that it is insufficient (不及), and they live healthily and harmoniously when four pillars are neutralized (中和).
