국내 아동 참여형 서비스디자인 사례 연구 -어린이통계놀이터를 중심으로-

국문 초록

한국은 서비스 시대에 진입하여 플랫폼을 통해 누구나 서비스를 제공하고 사회 발전을 이룰 수 있는 상황이다. 그러나 국내 서비스디자인 프로젝트는 주로 성인을 대상으로 하고 있어, 아동 을 위한 연구가 부족하다. 아동은 유형과 연령에 따라 다른 관심사와 욕구를 가지며, 이에 맞는 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다. 아동 중심 서비스디자인에 대한 차별화된 연구와 성공 사례의 도출이 필요하다. 본 연구는 2021년 국민 정책디자인 성과 중 어린이 통계놀이터를 선정하여 분석하였 다. 분석 결과, 사용자 중심 접근, 아동의 참여와 상호작용 촉진, 연령별 디자인과 교육적 접근이 성공의 핵심 요인으로 나타났다. 아동 서비스디자인 분야의 미래 발전을 모색하며, 사회 발전에 따라 다양한 아동 서비스디자인 사례가 늘어날 것으로 예상되며, 이에 따른 사례연구의 활발한 진행을 전망한다.

영문 초록

Korea has entered the service era, allowing anyone to provide services and contribute to social development through platforms. However, domestic service design projects predominantly focus on adults, leaving a gap in research on children. Children, with diverse interests and needs based on their type and age, require content tailored to them. There is a need for differentiated research and success stories in child-centered service design. This study analyzed the Children's Statistics Playground, a 2021 national policy design achievement. The analysis revealed that a user-centered approach, promoting children's participation and interaction, and age-specific design and educational approaches were critical for success. Anticipating increased cases of children's service design with societal development, future case studies are expected to progress actively.
