국문 초록

With the development of digital technology and the internet, the contradiction between an aging population and digital media is becoming increasingly prominent. Mobile apps have become a crucial medium for daily services, but many applications(apps) suffer from issues such as lack of accessibility features and insufficient age-friendliness. Taking inclusiveness in the digital age as a starting point, this study examines the current challenges faced by older users in the digital sphere and the current status of mobile apps through the lens of service design. Combined with the survey, the main problems are analysed and the core user needs are refined. Finally, aging recommendations are discussed at the level of operation needs, security needs, and emotional needs of elderly users. Through this study, it is hoped that it will provide reference for enhancing the smartphone experience of the elderly and eliminating the digital divide among elderly users.
