유자녀 여성의 주관적 건강과 자아존중감 및 행동유형이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유자녀 여성의 주관적 건강과 자아존중감이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향과 그 안에서의 행동유형이 가지는 조절효과를 파악함으로서 저출산 원인으로 제시될 수 있는 개인적 요인인 유자녀 여성의 양육스트레스 저감 관련 정책 수립에 이바지하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 실증 분석 결과, 자아존중감을 통제한 상태에서 주관적 건강은 양육스트레스에 부적 영향을 가지는 것으로 나타났고(β=-.112, t=-3.908), 주관적 건강을 통제한 상태에서 자아존중감은 양육스트레스에 부적 영향을 가지는 것으로 나타났다(β=-.319, t=-11.194). 행동유형은 양육스트레스에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나(β=.148, t=5.363), 주관적 건강-양육스트레스 및 자아존중감-양육스트레스 관계에서 행동유형 상호작용항의 β값 및 t값이 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타나, 행동유형은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제언사항을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to provide basic data to contribute to the establishment of related policies to reduce parenting stress for women with children, a personal factor that can be suggested as a cause of low birth rate, by identifying the effect of the self-rated health and self-esteem of women with children on parenting stress and the moderating effect of behavioral pattern within it. As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that selfrated health had a negative effect(β=-.112, t=-3.908) on parenting stress while controlling self-esteem, and self-esteem had a negative effect(β=-.319, t=-11.194) on parenting stress while controlling self-rated health. Behavioral pattern was found to have a positive effect(β=.148, t=5.363) on parenting stress, but the β and t values of behavioral pattern interaction terms were not significant in the relationship between self-rated health and parenting stress, and self-esteem and parenting stress, indicating that behavioral pattern had no moderating effect. Based on these research results, the significance and suggestions of this study were presented.
