국문 초록

본 연구는 여가 스포츠에 참여하는 대학생들의 재미요인, 몰입경험 및 운동애착 간의 인과적 영향 관계를 구조적으로 밝혀 건강증진에 대한 여가 스포츠의 효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상으로 전남·북지역 H, C대학의 교양체육 수강생 중에서 여가활동으로 스포츠에 참여하고 있는 214명을 유의표집(purposive sampling)법으로 추출하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 재미요인, 몰입경험 및 운동애착 간의 인과관계를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 여가 스포츠 참여 대학생들의 재미요인은 몰입경험에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여가 스포츠 참여 대학생들의 재미요인은 운동애착에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가 스포츠 참여 대학생들의 몰입경험은 운동애착에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때, 대학생들의 스포츠 참여를 통해 여가 활동 과정에서 재미요인을 경험하고 몰입을 증대하며 자신이 참여하는 종목의 스포츠에 애착을 갖게 되는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 대학생들의 지속적인 스포츠 참여의 긍정적 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 적절한 시설과 프로그램을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 대학의 입지, 환경, 시설 여건 등을 고려하여 접근 및 이용의 편리성과 효과성을 적절하게 고려한 여가스포츠 시설의 설치와 지속적인 관리가 필요하다. 대학의 기초 구성원인 대학생뿐만 아니라 전체 구성원들의 건강증진을 통한 복지향상을 위해 여가 스포츠 참여를 장려하는 적극적인 정책적 배려가 필요할 것이다. 또한 스포츠 참여자의 특성에 따라 인식에 차이가 나타날 수 있다는 점에서 추후 연구변인의 차이점을 구체적으로 파악할 필요가 있다. 특히 본 연구의 대상을 일부 지역의 스포츠 참여 대학생으로 한정하였기 때문에 연구결과의 일반화에 제한점이 있으므로 연구범위를 확대하는 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the effect of leisure sports on health promotion by structurally revealing the causal impact relationship between enjoyment factors, immersion experiences, and exercise attachment of college students participating in leisure sports. As a subject of this study, 214 liberal arts sports students from H and C universities in Jeolla south and north province and participated in sports as leisure activities were extracted using the purposive sampling method. Based on the collected data, the following conclusions were drawn as a result of path analysis of the relationship between fun factors, immersion experiences, and exercise attachment. First, it was found that the fun factors of college students participating in sports here directly affect the immersion experience. Second, it was found that the fun factors of college students participating in leisure sports directly affect athletic attachment. Third, it was found that the immersion experiences of college students participating in leisure sports directly affect athletic attachment. From these results, it can be seen that college students' participation in sports experiences fun factors in the course of leisure activities, increases immersion, and becomes attached to the sports they participate in. Therefore, appropriate facilities and programs should be prepared to maximize the positive effects of college students' continued participation in sports. To this end, it is necessary to install and continuously manage leisure sports facilities that properly consider the convenience and effectiveness of access and use in consideration of the university's location, environment, and facility conditions. Active policy considerations will be needed to encourage participation in leisure sports to improve welfare through health promotion of not only college students who are basic members of the university, but also all members. In addition, it is necessary to understand specifically the differences in future research variables in that perceptions may differ depending on the characteristics of sports participants. In particular, since the subject of this study was limited to university students participating in sports in some regions, there is a limit to the generalization of the research results, so research to expand the scope of the study is considered necessary.
