전 주기 실시간 모니터링 시스템 구축에 관한 바이오의약품 운송 사례 연구

국문 초록

바이오의약품 품질 유지를 목적으로 의약품 운송에 대한 규정이 강화되면서 콜드체인 모니터링 시장이 주목을 받고 있다. 바이오의약품의 효과 및 효능을 유지하는데 온도변화에 따른 품질 유지가 필수적이므로 출발지에서 실 고객인 환자까지 전달되는 전주기 콜드체인 모니터링이 이행에 대한 필요성이 강조되고 있기 때문이다. 전 구간 모니터링 운송에 대한 연구대상으로 이뮨셀엘씨주를 선정하였다. 이뮨셀 엘씨주는 환자로부터 채취한 혈액을 치료제로 만드는 과정의 배송과 혈액 배양을 통해 제조된 치료제를 환자에게 전달하는 과정의 배송프로세스로 구분될 수 있다. 이원화된 운송프로세스를 통합하여 전 구간으로 모니터링 관리하는 사례를 바탕으로 운송자원(운송자, 포장재, 수송용기, 온도기록계, 냉매, 차량), 운송절차, 물류정보시스템을 분석하였다. 이를통해 업무 생산성 향상, 제품의 안정성 확보, 사업영역의 확대를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The cold chain monitoring market is drawing attention as regulations on drug transport are strengthened to maintain biopharmaceutical quality. The comprehensive temperature excursion management for biopharmaceutical distribution is inevitable in order to maintain the effectiveness and efficacy of them. For this reason, it is emphasized to establish the cold chain monitoring over the entire period, which is delivered from the place of origin to the customer. Immucell LC was selected as the subject of this research on the real-time monitoring system. The delivery processes of Immuncell LC can be divided into the process of manufacturing biologic agent from the blood culture of patient and the process of delivering it to the patient. This study aims to analyze the real case which is applied real-time monitoring system through the entire processes. In conclusion, it suggested the implications for improving work productivity, product stability and logistics management by analyzing transportation resources(packing materials, vehicles, carriers, temperature logger), logistics information systems, transportation procedures.
