국문 초록

최근 식품 콜드체인 시장은 Big Data, IoT, RFID 등 4차 산업혁명 기술을 적용하여 정보통신기술과 물류 시스템이 급격하게 발전하고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 식품 콜드체인은 유통⋅물류 과정에서 물리적 품질과 물류 정보 품질이 향상하고 있다. 따라서 유통⋅ 물류 기업은 식품 콜드체인 시스템 지원 시 4IR 시대의 식품 중소화주기업과의 공급체인관리 과정에서 관계 유지와 성과에 영향을 미치는 서비스품질 요인을 도출 및 검토할 필요성이 나타난다. 본 연구는 전문가 심층 인터뷰와 3차원 서비스품질 모형을 기반으로 3PL 업체의 콜드체인 서비스품질 요인을 도출하고, 이를 통해 우리나라 식품 중소화주기업의 관계지향성이 공급체인 성과에미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 예비조사를 통해 체계적으로 구조화된 설문지를 배포하여 총 240부를 회수하였으며, 불성실한 응답 9부를 제외한 총 231부를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 회수된 설문자료는 SPSS ver. 28.0 통계패키지 활용하여 응답자의 일반적인 특성을 파악하기 위한 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 Smart PLS ver. 4.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 측정모형에 대한내적일관성 신뢰도, 집중 및 판별타당성을 검정하였고, 또한 구조모형에 대한 평가를 실시한 후에 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 모든 3PL 업체의 콜드체인 3차원 서비스품질(데이터처리 전문성, 디지털 기반 고객 대응성, 스마트 물류 정보 정확성)이 관계지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 3PL 업체에 대한 식품 중소화주기업의 관계지향성은 공급체인성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이로써 본 연구의 결과는 유통⋅물류 기업이 우리나라 식품 중소화주기업과 관계를 유지하기 위한 서비스품질 요인을 제시하고 공급체인성과에 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 확인했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Recently, the cold chain market in the food industry has been rapidly advancing with the application of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies such as Big Data, IoT, RFID, enhancing both information technology and logistics systems. Consequently, in the support of food cold chain systems, physical quality and logistics information quality have improved during the distribution and logistics processes. Therefore, there is a need for distribution and logistics companies to derive and examine service quality factors that impact relationship maintenance and performance in the supply chain management process with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry during the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. This study aims to identify the cold chain service quality factors of third-party logistics (3PL) companies based on expert in-depth interviews and a three-dimensional service quality model. Additionally, it seeks to understand the influence of relationship orientation in Korean food SMEs on supply chain performance. To achieve this, a systematic survey was conducted through preliminary investigations, distributing structured questionnaires, and collecting a total of 240 responses, excluding 9 unreliable responses, for empirical analysis. The collected survey data were analyzed using SPSS version 28.0 for frequency analysis to understand the general characteristics of respondents. Furthermore, Smart PLS version 4.0 was employed to test the internal consistency reliability, concentration, and discriminant validity of the measurement model. After evaluating the structural model, hypotheses were verified. The results of the analysis indicate that all three-dimensional service quality factors of cold chain services provided by 3PL companies (data processing expertise, digital-based customer responsiveness, and smart logistics information accuracy) positively influence relationship orientation. Additionally, the relationship orientation of food SMEs toward 3PL companies was confirmed to have a positive impact on supply chain performance. Therefore, the significance of this study lies in providing service quality factors for distribution and logistics companies to maintain relationships with food SMEs in South Korea and confirming the causal relationships affecting supply chain performance.
