국문 초록

최근 과학기술의 발달로 인하여 인구의 급격한 증가와 급속한 도시의 확산, 산업화 등으로 3차원적 토지 활용에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 따라서 토지의 이용이 지표면뿐만 아니라 지상의 공간과 지하의 공간으로 확대되고 있다. 이러한 입체적인 토지이용에 따라 입체 공간상에 존재하는 권리 공간의 객체인 건축물, 구조물 및 시설물 등을 3차원으로 등록되어야 하지만 현재 2차원적으로 등록하고 있다. 따라서 지표면은 물론 공간상에 생성될 수 있는 다양한 형태의 구조물 및 시설물 등에 대한 물리적 객체와 소유권 및 기타 권리관계를 등록할 수 있는 입체지적의 도입과 적용이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라와 유럽의 입체지적의 도입 및 운영현황을 비교 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 향후 실현 가능한 입체지적도입 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Recently, interest in land use is gradually expanded due to the development of science and technology, the increase of population, the rapid spread of cities, and industrialization. Accordingly, the use of land is expanding not only to the surface but also to the ground and underground spaces. Due to this three-dimensionalization of land use, various buildings and facilities that are subject to spatial rights have limitations owing to the two-dimensional cadastral map, which is the current registration method. For that reason, it is necessary to introduce and apply three-dimensional cadastre that can register physical objects, ownership, and other rights relationships to various types of structures and facilities that can be created on the surface as well as space. Therefore, this study aims to present a feasible direction for stereoscopic registration in the future by comparing and analyzing the introduction and operation status of stereoscopic registration in Korea and Europe and deriving implications.
