국문 초록

이 연구는 국가관심지점정보 외부수집 POI의 분류체계에 대한 분류원칙을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 검토하여 관심지점정보 개념과 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이 연구의 차별성을 도출하였다. 그리고 분류원칙 정립에 필요한 고려사항에 대해 조사하였으며, 관심지점정보에서 분류체계가 갖는 역할과 기능에 대해 분석하였다. 이러한 내용을 토대로 국가관심지점정보 외부수집 POI 분류체계에 대한 주요 이슈를 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 일관성, 포괄성, 확장성 측면에서의 문제점을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 도출된 외부수집 POI 이슈를 해결하기 위한 세 가지의 분류원칙을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 분류원칙은 국가관심지점정보와 수집처 간 분류체계의 일관성을 확보하고, 향후 국가관심지점정보 시스템 개선에 필요한 DB 구축 범위 설정, 테이블 설계에 필요한 기본 가이드 개발 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The classification system of POI(Point of Interest) assists customers in sharing and searching features they require. The purpose of this study is developing the principle of classification for external collection POI, which is a part of the National POI system. In this paper, we first identified the differences of the study through reviewing the concepts and research trends associated with the POI. In addition, this study investigated the considerations to develop principle of classification and also analyzed roles and functions for the classification systems of the POI. The critical issues for the classification systems of the external collection POI was extracted in terms of consistency, inclusiveness and scalability, and we finally suggested the three types of principles of the external collection POI classification in order to address such issues. The results of this study would contribute to secure the consistency for classification systems between external collection POI data and source data produced by related organizations, and provide the guides for designing tables as well as setting ranges of database to improve the National POI system over the coming years.
