초장기 정책모기지에 대한 국민의 감성 변화 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국민들의 주거안정을 위해 새롭게 도입된 초장기 정책모기지에 대한 국민의 감성 변화를 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 빅데이터 분석 방법의하나인 감성분석을 활용하여 국민 소통의 대표 채널인 SNS·포털사이트와 언론기관의 기사를분석 하였다. 분석 결과, 초장기 정책모기지 제도를 도입 하기 전 국민의 감성은 긍정과 부정적 감성이 공존하는 것으로 나타났으나, 도입 후 보다 긍정적으로 감성이 변하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 분석 결과에 따른 정책적 시사점은 첫째, 초장기 정책모기지에 대한 부정적 감성을 완화할 수 있는 정책적 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 초장기 정책모기지에 대한 국민적 감성이 긍정적이므로 향후 제도를 점증적으로 확대할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 초장기 정책모기지를 제대로 알리기 위한 대국민 홍보가 필요하다. 넷째, 장기적인 관점에서 초장기 정책모기지의 리스크 관리에 대한 고민이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study sought to derive policy implications by analyzing changes in public sentiment toward the Super Long Term Policy Mortgage, which was newly introduced to ensure housing stability. To this end, we used sentiment analysis, one of the Big data analysis methods, to analyze articles from SNS, portal sites, and media organizations, which are representative public communication channels. As a result of the analysis, it was found that before the introduction of the Super Long Term Policy Mortgage system, the public's sentiment was both positive and negative. Still, after the system's opening, it was confirmed that the feeling changed to a more positive one. The policy implications of the analysis results are as follows: First, policy efforts are needed to alleviate negative sentiment toward Super Long Term Policy Mortgages. Second, since public sentiment toward Super Long Term Policy Mortgages is positive, there is a need to expand the system in the future gradually. Third, public promotion is needed to inform the public about Super Long Term Policy Mortgages properly. Fourth, from a long-term perspective, it will be necessary to consider risk management of Super Long Term Policy Mortgages.
