지능정보혁명 시대에 특수교육 전문가가 갖추어야 할 역량 및 교사교육 방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 지능정보혁명 시대가 도래함에 따라 이를 대비하기 위해 특수교육 전문가가 갖추어야 할미래사회의 역량과 이를 함양하기 위한 교사교육(교사연수 포함) 방안을 도출하고자 하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 특수교사를 비롯하여 일반교사, 교수, 빅데이터 전문가 등 총 8명을 대상으로 1:1 개별 심층 인터뷰를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 지능정보혁명 시대에 특수교사가 갖추어야 할 상위 역량은 서번트 리더십 역량과 미래지향적 직무 역량으로 크게 나누어졌다. 서번트 리더십 역량에는 배움을 돕는 조력자및 촉진자 역량, 전문적 지식에 기반한 융통적 사고 및 의사소통 연결자 역량, 데이터 기반 의사결정 및 개별화 교육 실행역량이 하위 역량으로 도출되었고, 미래지향적 직무 역량에는 데이터 가공 및 해석 역량, 첨단테크놀로지 이해 및 활용 역량, 정의적 감성 및 인간 존엄성 감지 역량이 도출되어, 2개의 상위 역량에 각각3가지 기본 역량으로 구성되었다. 또한 이러한 특수교사 역량을 함양하기 위한 교사교육의 방향은 단계적으로중장기 계획을 세우고 접근되어야 하며 1단계 미래사회로 인식 전환, 2단계 데이터 가공 및 재교육, 그리고마지막으로 데이터 기반 의사결정 단계를 가지고 순차적으로 이루어져야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 특수교사에게 필요한 역량 제고를 위한 방안을 3단계로 제안하였고, 이를 위해 향후 연구에필요한 내용을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to bring awareness towards the capabilities of future societies; that special education experts will need to prepare a plan to accommodate for potential technological enhancements, as the era of intelligent information approaches. A total of eight special teachers; as well as general teachers, professors, and big data experts; were conducted through numerous 1:1 in-depth interviews in order to analyze the results. The results were largely divided into servant-leadership competency, as well as future-oriented job competency; this is due to the high-level competencies that special teachers must acquire in the era of the Intelligent Information Revolution. In the servant-leadership competency, the competency between facilitators will assist in learning. The competency of both flexible thinking and communication linking are based on specialized knowledge. The ability to execute data-based decision making and individualized education were derived as sub competencies. In the future-oriented job competency, data processing, and interpretation competency; the ability to understand and use advanced technology, affect sensibility, and human dignity detection capabilities were derived. These results add up to a total of six basic competencies and two advanced competencies. Based on these results, a three-step plan was proposed in order to enhance the capabilities that will be required for special education experts in the future. Because of this, contents that are necessary for future research were discussed.
