텍스트마이닝과 CONCOR을 활용한 한국인의 재난 인식과 기억

국문 초록

본 논문은 ‘동일본대지진’을 키워드로 하여 텍스트마이닝과 CONCOR을 활용하여 한국인의 재난 인식과 기억을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 데이터 수집 대상은 네이버의 블로그이며, 시기는 첫째 2011년 4월에서 2012년 3월까지, 둘째 2016년 4월부터 2017년 3월까지, 세 번째는 2022년 6월부터 2023년 5월까지이다. 첫째, 상기의 세 시기에 걸쳐 재난 상황이나 피해지역을 나타내는 키워드가 높은 빈도수를 보여주었다. 또한 ‘동일본대지진’의 공기어로서 ‘재해’, ‘지진’, ‘후쿠시마원자력발전소’, ‘쓰나미’, ‘동일본’, ‘후쿠시마’, ‘도호쿠’ 등이 상위 순위로 랭크되었다. 나아가 CONCOR 분석에서도 각 시기 4개의 클러스터 중에서 <동일본대지진과 여파 및 영향>, <동일본대지진 재난 피해와 부흥>, <재난의 피해와 기억> 등 자연재해, 원전, 피해지를 하나로 묶는 군집이 공통적으로 나타나기도 하였다. 둘째, 이러한 유사점에도 불구하고 다른 시기에는 그다지 부각되지 않는 특징들도 각 시기에 나타나고 있다. 먼저 2011년 4월에서 2012년 3월까지는 기부나 자선 이벤트, 부흥, 쟈니즈, 손정의 등 피해자와 부흥을 위한 자선이벤트, 기부행위와 연관된 키워드들이 높은 빈도수로 나타났다. N-gram 분석에서도 ‘동일본대지진’과 ‘부흥지원’, ‘부흥’, ‘의연금’, ‘복구지원’, ‘피해복구’, ‘자선’ 등의 공기어가 높은 빈도수를 차지하였다. 이를 반영하여 CONCOR 분석에서도 <동일본대지진 이후 피해자 및 복구를 위한 자선 이벤트> 클러스터와 <소프트뱅크 손정의 사장의 재난 기부> 클러스터가 별도로 나타나고 있었다. 셋째, 2016년 4월에서 2017년 3월까지는 다른 시기에 보이지 않는 애니메이션 『너의 이름은』관련 키워드와 이 시기에 발생한 또 다른 자연재해인 구마모토지진 등이 높은 빈도수를 보였다. 이는 N-gram 공기어 분석에서도 신카이 마코토 감독이나 구마모토지진, 심지어는 한국에서 일어난 세월호 사건도 상위 60권 내에 위치하고 있었다. 한편, CONCOR 분석에서도 다른 시기와는 달리 <『너의 이름은』으로 보는 재난> 클러스터와 <동일본대지진과 한반도 영향> 클러스터가 존재하고 있었다. 넷째, 2022년 6월부터 2023년 5월까지는 그 이전에 보이지 않았던 오염수와 방류, 그리고 무라카미 다카시 미술전 관련 키워드들이 높은 빈도수로 보이고 있었으며, N-gram 공기어 분석에서도 ‘오염수’와 ‘방류’ ‘무라카미다카시’ 등이 다른 키워드와 공기어를 이루고 있었다. 이러한 현상은 CONCOR 분석에서도 <무라카미 다카시의 전시회와 동일본대지진> 클러스터와 <방사능 누출사고와 오염수 방류 문제> 클러스터가 각각 단일한 군집으로 드러나고 있는 것과 유의미한 관계성을 엿보게 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to analyze Koreans’ perceptions and memories of disasters by using text mining and CONCOR with the keyword ‘Great East Japan Earthquake’. The subject of data collection is Naver's blog, and the period is first from April 2011 to March 2012, second from April 2016 to March 2017, and third from June 2022 to May 2023. First, over the above three periods, keywords representing disaster situations or affected areas showed a high frequency. Also, as co-words of the ‘Great East Japan Earthquake’, ‘disaster’, ‘earthquake’, ‘Fukushima nuclear power plant’, ‘tsunami’, ‘East Japan’, ‘Fukushima’, and ‘Tohoku’ were ranked high. Furthermore, in the CONCOR analysis, among the four clusters of each period, clusters that combine natural disasters, nuclear power plants, and affected areas, such as , , and , appear in common. Second, despite these similarities, features that are not so prominent in other periods also appear in each period. First of all, from April 2011 to March 2012, keywords related to donations for victims and reconstruction, such as donations, charity events, revival, Johnny's, and Jeong-eui Son, appeared with high frequency. In the N-gram analysis, co-words such as ‘reconstruction support’, ‘reconstruction’, ‘donation’, ‘recovery support’, ‘damage recovery’, and ‘charity’ accounted for a high frequency. Reflecting this, in the CONCOR analysis, the cluster and the cluster appeared separately. Third, from April 2016 to March 2017, keywords related to the animation 『Your Name』 and Kumamoto earthquake showed high frequency. In the N-gram Co- words analysis, director Makoto Shinkai, the Kumamoto earthquake, and even the Sewol ferry incident in Korea were ranked in the top 60. On the other hand, in the CONCOR analysis, unlike other periods, there were cluster and cluster. Fourth, from June 2022 to May 2023, the discharge of contaminated water and keywords related to the Takashi Murakami Art Exhibition were shown with high frequency. In the N-gram Co-words analysis, ‘contaminated water’ and ‘Murakami Takashi’ were co-words with other keywords. This phenomenon shows a significant relationship with the cluster and the cluster appearing in the CONCOR analysis.
