인간의 도덕적 결함과 도덕교육에 관한 연구

국문 초록

인간 본성에는 선함과 악함이 함께 존재한다. 인간의 악함에 대하여 구약성서에서는 인간의 마음에서 절대자인 신(The God)을 멀리하고 있는 것이며, 신약성서에서는 선을 행하기 원하는 나에게 악도 함께 있어 언제든 악한 행동을 할 수 있는 불완전한 존재의 마음가짐이다. 인간의 비도덕 혹은 악함에 가까운 특징은 이타적인 마음이 약해질 때, 이기적인 본성은 상대적으로 강해질 수 있다. 인간 이기심의 도덕적 결함을 극복하고 보다 현명한 도덕교육의 진행을 위해 악에 근접한 개념의 비도덕성, 도덕적 결함, 윤리적이지 않음, 인간적이지 않음, 이기심, 반사회성, 저급한 방어기제, 이탈의 도덕적 결함에 대하여 보다 상세하게 밝혀야 한다. 본 연구에서는 인간의 도덕적 결함의 영역에 대한 철학적 관점과 심리학적 관점을 구심점으로 인간의 도덕적 결함은 분별력의 결여, 의지의 나약함, 의무의 회피, 도덕적 선호에 대한 열등기능, 도덕적 면책성에 대한 합리화의 도덕적 결함의 부덕함 행위에 있어서 방어기제를 사용하고 있음의 도덕적 결함을 제시하였다. 또한 교사 교권의 개혁이 필요한 시점에서 도덕윤리 교사가 학생의 도덕적 결함과 자기 면책권의 도덕적 오류를 분별하여 학생 스스로 자신에게 부여하는 행위의 오류적 합리화를 극복할 수 있는 행동수정 및 훈육방안의 도덕교육의 기술들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

In human nature, good and evil exist together. Regarding human wickedness, the Old Testament keeps The God away from the human mind, and in the New Testament, there is also evil for me who wants to do good, so it is an incomplete mind that can do evil at any time. Characteristics close to human morality or evil can be relatively strong when the altruistic mind weakens. In order to overcome the moral flaws of human selfishness and proceed with wiser moral education, the moral flaws of concepts close to evil, moral flaws, unethical, unhuman, selfish, antisocial, poor defense mechanisms, and deviance should be revealed in more detail. Focusing on the philosophical and psychological perspectives on the area of human moral defects, this study presented moral defects in the use of defense mechanisms in the behavior of moral defects of lack of discernment, weakness of will, lack of duty, inferior function of moral preference, and rationalization. It also presented the skills of moral education in behavior modification and discipline measures that can overcome the error rationalization of behavior that students themselves give themselves by distinguishing students' moral defects and moral errors of self-immunity at a time when teacher education rights need to be reformed.
