대학생 대인관계 문제 조사 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학 신입생들의 부적응이나 중도 탈락과 관련되는 대인관계 문제의 특성을 조사하고 분석함으로써, 중도 탈락을 예방하기 위한 기초 자료를 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 대구 소재 K대학 신입생 405명(남 117명ㆍ여 288명, 자연과학 계열 138명·인문사회 계열 144명·예체능 계열 123명)을 대상으로 대인관계 문제 검사를 실시한 후 그 결과를 분석하였다. 측정 도구는 한국형 대인관계 문제 검사(Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem, KIIP)로 99문항의 자기보고형 검사이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 대인관계 문제에서 사회적 억제 영역이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 인문사회와 예체능 계열 학생들의 대인관계 문제 평균이 높았다. 성격장애 척도에서 가장 높은 영역은 모두 사회성 부족으로 나타났다. 성격장애 척도에서 전체 점수와 가장 상관이 높은 하위 영역은 대인적 과민성과 대인적 비수용성으로 나타났다. 대인관계 문제 척도 전체와 성격장애 척도 간의 상관관계를 분석해보니, 자기중심성이 가장 상관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 대학 신입생들은 사회적 억제, 비주장성, 과순응성, 사회성 부족의 어려움을 가지고 있기 때문에 이를 조력하기 위한 다양한 프로그램이 필요하다고 보여진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to present basic data to prevent dropout by investigating and analyzing the characteristics of interpersonal problems related to maladjustment or dropout of college freshmen. To achieve this goal, 405 freshmen from K University in Daegu(117 males·288 females, 138 natural science majors·144 humanities and social science majors·123 artistic and physical education majors) were tested for interpersonal problems. The results were analyzed. The measurement tool is the Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem(KIIP), a self-report test with 99 questions. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted using the SPSS program. As a result of this study, it was found that the area of social inhibition was the highest in interpersonal problems, and the average of interpersonal problems was the highest among students in the humanities, social sciences and arts and physical education. All of the highest areas on the personality disorder scale were lack of sociability. In the personality disorder scale, interpersonal hypersensitivity and interpersonal non-acceptance were the subscale that had the highest correlation with the overall score. After analyzing the correlation between the entire interpersonal problem scale and the personality disorder scale, it was found that egocentrism had the highest correlation. In conclusion, since college freshmen have difficulties such as social inhibition, non-assertiveness, hyper-conformity, and deficiency of sociability, it seems that various programs are needed to help them.
