상담수련생의 자살에 대한 태도에 따른 자살위기개입에 대한인식

국문 초록

본 연구는 상담수련생들의 자살에 대한 태도에 따른 자살위기개입에 대한 인식을 탐색하기 위해수행되었다. 이를 위해 현재까지 수련 기간이 3년 이하인 상담수련생을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, 30명의 응답자료를 수정된 합의적 질적연구 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 총 5개의영역과 31개의 범주가 도출되었는데, 첫 번째 영역은 자살하는 사람에 대한 인식과 태도, 두 번째는자살에 대한 태도가 개입에 미치는 영향, 세 번째는 자살 위기개입 상담의 어려움, 네 번째는 개발하고 싶은 위기개입 역량이 도출되었고, 마지막으로 수련생들이 요구하는 교육 내용이 도출되었다. 주요 연구 결과에 따르면 수련생들은 자살에 대한 다양한 태도를 가지고 있었으며, 이러한 태도에따라 자살위기개입에 대한 여러 어려움들이 보고되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 상담 수련생 자살위기개입 교육에 대한 함의와 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to explore counseling trainees' attitudes toward suicide, perceptionsof suicide crisis intervention, and related difficulties. An online survey was conducted oncounseling trainees with a training period of less than 3 years, and the data of 30 responseswere analyzed through Consensual Qualitative Research-Modified (CQR-M). As a result, 5domains and 31 categories were derived. The first domain was the perception and attitudetoward suicide, the second was the effect of attitude toward suicide on the intervention, thethird was the difficulty of suicide crisis intervention counseling, and the fourth was the crisisintervention capability to be developed. According to the main findings, the trainees had variousattitudes toward suicide, and several difficulties in suicidal crisis intervention were reportedaccording to these attitudes. Based on the results of this study, implications and limitations forsuicide crisis intervention education for counseling trainees, and future studies were suggested.
