기업상담에 대한 근로자의 기대감 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 기업상담에 대해 근로자들이 기대하는 바가 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해내부모델 기업상담 서비스를 제공받고 있는 30명의 근로자를 대상으로 개방형 질문지를 실시하였다. 각 사례에 대해 4명의 평정자들 간의 합의적 질적연구방법(CQR)을 진행하였다. 기업상담에 대한 근로자들의 기대는 5가지 영역과 20개 하위범주로 구분되었다. 기업상담 운영방식에 대한 기대영역에서는 4개의 하위범주, 기업상담자 특성에 대한 기대영역에서도 4개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 그리고, 상담 후 내적 변화기대 영역에서는 3개의 하위범주, 상담 후 외적 변화에 대한 기대에서는5개의 하위범주가, 마지막으로 기업상담 컨텐츠에 대한 기대영역에서는 4개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 기업상담에 대한 근로자의 기대를 내담자의 관점에서 경험적으로 확인해 보는 기초연구로서 기업상담자의 효과적인 상담실 운영에 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 것이다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to examine what employees expect from workplace counseling. To thisend, an open questionnaire was conducted among 30 employees receiving internally-basedmodels of workplace counseling. A Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) was conducted oneach case by four raters. The employees’ expectation for workplace counseling was divided into5 domains and 20 subcategories. From the domain of expectation for the operation ofworkplace counseling, 4 subcategories were derived. 4 subcategories were also derived from thedomain of expectation for the characteristics of workplace counselors. In addition, 3subcategories were derived from the domain of expected internal changes in the counselingprocess, 5 subcategories from expected external changes after counseling, and finally 4subcategories from expectation for workplace counseling contents. This study is a basic studythat empirically examines employees' expectations for workplace counseling from the client'spoint of view, and it will provide useful informations to effectively operate workplacecounseling centers.
