국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 서비스 질의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 사회복지서비스 질 향상을 위한 대안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대전지역 사회복지사 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 다단계회귀분석 방법으로 매개효과를 검증한 결과 회복탄력성의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 즉, 사회복지사의 직무스트레스가 높아지면 서비스의 질이 낮아지지만, 사회복지사의 회복탄력성에 따라 그 영향력이 달라진다는 것이다. 따라서 사회복지사의 회복탄력성이 사회복지서비스의 질을 확보하는데 있어 매우 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 사회복지사의 직무스트레스를 낮추고, 사회복지사의 회복탄력성을 강화하기 위한 방안이 제안되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of resilience between social workers’ job stress and service quality. For this, survey data was collected from 300 social workers working in social welfare facilities in Daejeon, Korea. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 18.0 program, and multiple regression and Sobel tests were conducted. The analysis results are as follows. First, social workers’ job stress had an effects to reduce service quality. Second, results verified that resilience had a mediating effect between job stress and service quality. Therefore, it is analyzed that social workers’ resilience would reduce the negative effect of job stress on service quality. This implies that not only job stress but also resilience is an important factor in service quality. Based on these findings, I present a few suggestions to manage job stress and enhance the resilience of social workers.
