위드 코로나 상황에서 노인복지관 노인일자리사업 참여 노인의 자아 존중감이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 지각된 건강상태의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 위드 코로나 상황에서 Y시 3개 기관의 노인복지관 노인일자리사업 참여 노인을 대상으로 자아존중감이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 노인의 지각된 건강상태의 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구방법은 Y시의 3개 기관의 노인복지관 노인일자리사업 참여 노인 249명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 하였으며, 2023년 2월 20일 부터 3월 17일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구통계 방법은 SPSS/WIN 25.0 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며 t-test, 일원배치분산분석, Sheffe’s test, 피어슨 상관관계를 이용하여 분석하였고, 매개효과는 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 분석 절차의 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상자의 자아존중감 평균점수는 31.07±4.86점, 지각된 건강상태 평균점수는 10.52±2.65점 그리고 생활만족도 평균점수는 26.28±6.33점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 일반적인 특성에 따른 생활만족도는 성별(t=10.41, p<.001), 결혼상태(F=5.73, p<.001), 자녀 수(F=4.04, p=.008), 동거유형(F=2.80, p=.027), 주관적 경제상태(F=15.01, p<.001) 그리고 의료보험(F= 7.37, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각 변수들간의 상관관계에서, 생활만족도는 자아존중감(r= .627, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계, 지각된 건강상태(r= -.515, p<.001)와는 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 일반적인 특성에 따른 생활만족도는 성별(t= 10. 41, p<.001), 결혼상태(F=5.73, p<.001), 자녀 수(F=4.04, p =.008), 동거유형(F=2.80, p=.027), 주관적 경제상태(F= 15.01, p<.001) 그리고 의료보험(F=7.37, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 노인복지관 노인일자리사업 참여 노인의 지각된 건강상태는 자아존중감과 생활만족도 간의 관계에서는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(Z=5.86, p<.001). 따라서 지역사회 노인의 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위해 정부와 지방자치단체 차원의 다양한 심리 및 사회적 지원이 이루어져야 하며, 위드 코로나 상황에서 지역사회 노인의 인간관계, 사회적 관계망 등 노인의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 프로그램이 제공되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of the this study was to investigate the effects of self-esteem, on life satisfaction amomg the elderly participating in senior welfare center elderly job program in the Y city in the with-corona situation through the mediating effect of perceived health status. This is a descriptive research survey of 249 elderly participating in 3 senior welfare center elderly job program located in Y city. Date were collected from February 20 to March 17, 2023, and analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson’s correlation coefficient on the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. The mediating effect was analyzed by hierarchical multiple analysis according to Baron and Kenny’s 3-step analysis procedure. As a result, the average score of the self-esteem was 31.07±4.86, perceived health status 10.52±2.65, and life satisfaction 26.28±6.33. Life satisfaction according to general characteristics was gender(t=10.41, p<.001), marital status(F=5.73, p<.001), number of children(F=4.04, p=.008), cohabiting type(F=5.73, p=.008), cohabitation type(F=2.80, p=.027), subjective economic status(F=15.01, p<.001) and medical insurance(F=7.37, p<.001) showed statistically significant differences. In the correlation between each variables, life satisfaction had a significant positive correlation with self-esteem(r=.627, p<.001), and was negative correlation statistically different from perceived health status(r=-.515, p<.001). Life satisfaction according to the general characteristics of the subjects was gender(t=10.41, p<.001), marital status(F=5.73, p<.001), number of children(F=4.04, p=.008), living together type(F=2.80, p=.027), subjective economic status(F=15.01, p<.001), and medical insurance(F=7.37, p<.001) were found to be statistically significant. In addition, the perceive health status of the elderly participating in the senior welfare center job program was found to have partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-esteem and life satisfaction(Z=5.86, p<.001). Therefore, in order to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly in the community, various psychological and social supports must be provided at the government and local government level. And in the corean 19 and with-corona situation, customized programs should be provided that consider the characteristics of the elderly, such as human relations and social networks of the elderly in the community.
