성인학습자 맞춤형 교육과정을 위한 학습자 인식조사 연구 - D대학 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 성인학습자 맞춤형 정규교육과정을 운영하는 4년제 대학의 성인학습자를대상으로 조사한 교육만족도의 결과에 관한 연구이다. 동남권 D대학교의 성인학습자재학생에게 실시한 요구조사는 정성조사인 FGI와 정량조사 설문지 교육 만족도 조사를 분석하였다. 질적 데이터분석의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 양적데이터 분석의 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 정규4년제 정규과정에 입학한성인학습자들의 저학년의 경우 성인학습전담 센터에서 학교생활 적응이 가능하도록 역할을 중점적으로 할 필요가 있으며 고학년이 되어서는 학생들 중심의 연대감 강화를할 수 있는 커뮤니티 또는 조직운영의 필요성에 대한 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 특히사회적 지지, 물질적지지, 정보적 지지, 정서적 지지로 나누어 다양한 지지를 통하여성인학습자들이 탈적하지 않고 학업적응과 학업성취가 가능하도록 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 성인학습자들의 교육만족도 조사를 통한 변화의 결과는 3년간의 만족도에 관한 결과를 지속적으로 환류 반영한 결과 점차 만족도가 모든 문항에서 높은 긍정의 빈도가 나타남으로 지속적인 체질 개선과 소통을 통한 개선은 성인학습자를 담당하는 전담대학 또한 점차 성인학습자 교육의 장으로 체질 개선이 되고 있음을 학생들에게 만족도 결과를 통해 알 수 있다. 셋째, 비교과프로그램의 만족도의 변화의 결과는 다음과같다. 내용의 유익성과 학습능력향상에 도움이 되었음에 높은 평균 결과가 나타났다. 마지막으로, 성인학습들 각자가 느낀 교육효과에 대한 문항에서는 각자의 역량의 변화는 성인학습자들이 소속된 학과의 교육과정 및 경험을 통해 얻은 효과에 대한 만족도에 대한 응답으로 가장 높은 점수를 받은 항목은 자기관리 및 개발능력, 조직이해능력순으로 가장 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is a study on the results of educational satisfaction surveyed on adult learners at universities that operate customized curricula for adult learners. The demand survey conducted on adult learners at D University analyzed the qualitative survey FGI and the quantitative survey questionnaire education satisfaction survey. The research results of qualitative data analysis were obtained as follows. The research results of quantitative data analysis were obtained as follows. First, in the case of the lower grades of adult learners who have entered the regular four-year regular course, it is necessary to focus on supporting them to adapt to school life at the adult learning center. Senior students need community management. In particular, it is necessary to ensure that adult learners do not give up and study is sustainable with social support, material support, information support, and emotional support. Second, the results of the change through the educational satisfaction survey of adult learners are as follows. The results of the three year satisfaction level were continuously reflected. High positive results were found in all questions. Through continuous system improvement and communication, it can be seen from the results of satisfaction with students that the university dedicated to adult learners is also gradually improving its constitution as a venue for adult learner education. Third, the results of changes in the satisfaction of comparative programs are as follows. High average results were found because it helped improve content benefits and learning ability. Finally, in the question of the educational effects felt by each adult learning, the changes in their competencies were the highest in the order of self-management, development, and organizational understanding in response to satisfaction with the effects of the curriculum and experience of the department to which adult
