심리운동 프로그램 체험이 중등특수교사의 인식도와 적용도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 중등특수교사를 대상으로 심리운동 프로그램에 대한 인식도와 적용도를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 중등특수교사 3명을 대상으로 심리운동 프로그램 체험 전에 인식도 및 적용도 설문지를 작성하고, 심리운동 프로그램 체험을 6회기 진행하였다. 진행된 심리운동 프로그램은 기본 이론과 구체적인 실습을 통해 이루어졌고, 심리운동 프로그램 체험 후 같은 설문지를 작성하여 인식도와 적용도의 변화를 알아보았다. 인식도와 적용도 설문지의 사전·사후 결과를 비교 분석한 연구 결과는 인식도는 사전 평균 4점, 사후 평균 5.9점으로 1.9점이 향상되었고, 적용도는 사전 평균 3.2점, 사후 평균 4.8점으로 1.6점이 향상되었다. 특히 인식도에서는 ‘자기효능감 향상’ 문항이, 적용도에서는 ‘학습에 대한 동기부여 문항’이 가장 높은 변화를 보였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과로 본 연구는 중등학교에서의 심리운동에 대한 인식 및 적용 가능성을 높였다는 점에서 의의가 있고, 이를 계기로 중등장애학생을 위한 심리운동의 활발한 연구가 진행되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the awareness and application of the Psychomotorik program for secondary special education teachers. To this end, 3 middle school special education teachers filled out a questionnaire on awareness and application before experiencing the Psychomotorik program, and experienced the psychological exercise program six times. The Psychomotorik program was conducted through basic theory and specific practice, and after experiencing the Psychomotorik program, the same questionnaire was filled out to find out the change in awareness and application. As a result of a comparative analysis of the pre- and post-results of the awareness and applicability questionnaires, the recognition improved by 1.9 points, with a pre-average of 4 points and a post-average of 5.9 points, and the application rate improved by 1.6 points with a pre-average of 3.2 points and a post-average of 4.8 points. It became. In particular, the ‘self-efficacy improvement’ item showed the highest change in the recognition level, and the ‘motivation for learning’ item showed the highest change in the application level. As a result of this study, this study is meaningful in that it has increased the awareness and application possibility of Psychomotorik in secondary schools, and it is expected that active research on Psychomotorik for secondary students with disabilities will be conducted based on this.
