국문 초록

이 연구는 심리적 외상 청소년을 위한 심리운동의 치유원리를 분석하고 적용 가능성을 고찰함으로써 심리적 외상 청소년을 위한 심리지원 방법으로써의 가능성을 탐색하고자 했다. 이를 위해 심리적 외상의 개념, 원인과 증상, 유형 및 특성을 알아 보았다. 그리고 심리적 외상 청소년의 특성과 영향을 파악한 연구를 기반으로 심리운동의 이해 및 치유원리 적용 가능성을 탐색하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the possibility as a psychological support method for psychologically traumatized adolescents by analyzing the healing principles of psychomotorik for psychologically traumatized adolescents and examining the applicability. To this end, the concept, causes and symptoms, types and characteristics of psychological trauma were investigated. And based on the research that identified the characteristics and influence of psychologically traumatic adolescents, the possibility of understanding psychomotorik and applying healing principles was explored.
