숲프로그램 탐색을 통한 장애인산림치유프로그램 현황연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 삼림의 공익적 가치 공유를 위한 장애영역에서의 산림치유프로그램 방향성 제고를 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2021년까지 장애영역에서 숲을 휴양, 치유, 체험, 교육 등의 영역을 포함한 원예의 영역까지 매개로 삼은 35편의 연구에 대한 탐색 및 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 장애인숲프로그램 연구논문은 2001년부터 시작되었고 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 출처별로 살펴보면, 한국산림휴양학회가 5편, 충북대학교가 4편으로 가장 많았다. 체험을 주제로한 프로그램의 비율은 83%에 육박했으며, 소수의 연구만이 치유의 목적으로 수행되었다. 장애영역에서의 숲 관련 연구대상은 발달 및 인지 대상의 연구가 53%에 달했고, 성인을 대상으로 한 연구가 33.3%로 가장 많았다. 장애영역에서는 숲의 긍정적인 효과로 검색할 때 43%가 심리·정서적 측면을 다루고 있었다. 숲 관련 연구에서 사용한 연구 방법에 대한 분석 결과 양적연구가 97.1%에 달했으며, 실험연구는 약 51.4%에 달했다. 연구결과들은 구체적으로 장애유형에 따라 능력이나 발달을 지원하는 연구 사례는 거의 없었다. 치유의 관점으로 장애영역에서의 숲 관련 연구는 주로 숲 환경에 대한 체험이 주를 이루고 있으며, 치유와 연관성을 갖기에는 어려운 연구 결과들이 있어 더 구체적인 연구주제를 분석하는 것도 의미가 있을 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 장애영역에서의 숲 휴양, 치유, 체험 관련 프로그램연구의 탐색을 통해 산림치유프로그램의 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted for the purpose of enhancing the direction of forest healing programs in the area of disability for sharing the public interest value of forests. By 2021, Exploration and analysis of 35 studies were conducted that studied recreation, healing, experience, education, and horticulture through forest as a medium in the disabled area. Looking at the results, research papers on forest programs for the disabled began in 2001 and are steadily increasing. By source, the Korean Forest Recreation Society had the largest number of 5 and Chungbuk National University had 4. The proportion of experience-themed programs was close to 83%, and only a few studies were conducted for the purpose of healing. 53% of the forest-related research subjects in the disability area, and 33.3% of the studies were adults. In the area of disability, 43% dealt with psychological and emotional aspects when searching with the positive effects of forests. As a result of the analysis of the research method used in forest-related studies, 97.1% of quantitative studies were conducted, and 51.4% of experimental studies were conducted. There are few research cases that specifically support ability or development according to the type of disability. From the perspective of healing, forest-related research in the area of disability mainly focuses on experiencing the forest environment, and it is also meaningful to analyze more specific research topics as there are few research results that are difficult to be related to healing. Based on these results, the direction of forest healing programs was discussed through research on forest recreation, healing, and experience-related programs in the field of disability in Korea.
