영문 초록

Ulger-oguuleg, a type of modern Mongolian literature, is another important type of oral literature of the modern AGE, and it should be an approved type in terms of its relative position. On the other hand, Ulger-oguuleg was considered to be a type of hybridity between oral and written literatures and belongs to written literature. This is a problem of identification at the beginning when studying Ulger-oguuleg genre. Mongolian researchers believe that Ulger-oguuleg is a link between oral and written literature, ancient and modern literature. This article concludes that Ulger-oguuleg is definitely an oral literature and a unique development of the oral tradition within the context of modern literature. But there is a debate whether Ulger-oguuleg has the characteristic of oral literature or written literature. And here we will study and summarize the characteristics of Ulger-oguuleg genres. In this research, some conclusions were made by observing oral and written literature, didactic genres and narrative genres. There are many suggestions to conclude that some Mongolian modern literature genre, like other foreign literature, is medieval and mid-modern literature. but this seems to be the aspect of forcefully relating the history of Mongolian literature to the history of world literature without properly understanding the special conditions and characteristics of Mongolian literature. In particular, Ulger-oguuleg in pre-modern Mongolian literature has the characteristics of oral and written literature in terms of its genre, and in terms of its development history, it is an early or medieval middle genre, and it continues regardless of its role as a bridge in the development of Mongolian literature. It fulfills its special role by transmitting it to the public by the alive form of oral tradition.
