국문 초록

우리나라는 높은 소비수준과 인터넷 보급률로 세계에서 다섯 번째로 큰 전자상거래 시장규모를 나타내고 있으나 국경 간 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 정책 및 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구는 우리나라 국경 간 전자상거래 물류클러스터를 활성화하기 위한 방안과 주요과제들을 도출하고자 한다. 먼저 우리나라의 국경 간 전자상거래 산업 정책 여건 및 문제점 조사를 위해 전문가 집단을 구성하고 반복된 조사를 통하여 여건 파악 및 문제점을 도출할 수 있는 델파이 기법을 활용한다. 우리나라 국경 간 전자상거래 물류클러스터 구축 로드맵을 수립하기 위해 델파이 기법을 활용한 전문가 집단의 조사를 바탕으로 전략별 요인을 도출하고 AHP 분석을 통해 구체적인 세부 전략을 모색하고자 한다. 분석결과 우리나라 국경 간 전자상거래 물류클러스터를 조성하기 위해 전자상거래 산업을 활성화하고, 연관 산업과 연계하여 산업을 확대해야 해며 지원 제도정비를 통해 산업이 발전할 수 있는 실질적인 지원이 이루어져야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Purpose : Korea has the fifth largest e-commerce market in the world owing to its high consumption and Internet penetration, but policies and research to revitalize cross-border e-commerce are insufficient. This study derives measures and major tasks to revitalize cross-border e-commerce logistics clusters in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology : In order to investigate policy conditions and problems in the cross-border e-commerce industry in Korea, an expert group is formed, and the Delphi technique is used to identify conditions and derive problems through repeated investigations. In order to establish a cross-border e-commerce logistics cluster-construction roadmap in Korea, based on a survey by a group of experts using the Delphi technique, factors for each strategy are derived, and specific, detailed strategies are sought through AHP analysis. Results and Conclusions : Analysis found that in order to create a cross-border e-commerce logistics cluster in Korea, the e-commerce industry should be revitalized, the industry should be expanded in connection with related industries, and practical support should be provided to develop the industry through improvement of the support system.
