국문 초록

코로나 19 팬데믹은 어느 한 특정한 국가의 문제이거나 어느 한 분야에 국한된 미시적인 문제가 아니었다. 전 세계 인류가 전염병의 위험에 직면했고 전 세계 모든 국가들이 이에 대응하기 위한 정책을 시행하였다. 본 연구는 코로나 이후 상품 무역 구조를 현실적, 객관적으로 파악하고 분석하여 향후 포스트 코로나 시대의 국제 무역환경 변화에 대응하고자 하였다. 코로나 팬데믹으로 인한 무역구조의 분석 결과 팬데믹 이전과는 확실히 다른 시장점유율, 무역집중지수, 무역특화지수를 나타내고 있다. 이러한 현상은 한국의 주요 교역국인 중국, 미국, 베트남, 일본, 인도, 싱가포르 등의 국가에서 전반적으로 나타나고 있다. 특히 한국의 주력 수출품목인 기계류와 전기기기의 수출특화가 감소되고 있는 현상이 나타나고 있기 때문에 수출경쟁력이 약화되고 있는 제품군의 원인과 이유를 파악하여 대응전략을 수립하고 수출경쟁력 강화를 위한 지원책 마련이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic was not a problem in any particular country or a microscopic problem limited to any one field. Human beings around the world have faced the risk of infectious diseases and all countries around the world have implemented policies to respond to them. This study attempted to respond to changes in the international trade environment in the post-COVID-19 era by realistically and objectively grasping and analyzing the product trade structure after COVID-19. Research design, data, methodology : Commodity trade conditions and trade patterns due to the COVID-19 pandemic were analyzed, and how these various situations due to COVID-19 affect the trade structure were analyzed. Results : As a result of the analysis of the trade structure caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it shows a different market share, trade concentration index, and trade specialization index than before the pandemic. This phenomenon is generally seen in countries such as China, the United States, Vietnam, Japan, India, and Singapore, which are major trading partners of Korea. Conclusions : As the export specialization of machinery and electrical equipment, Korea's main export items, is decreasing, it is necessary to accurately identify the causes and reasons of the weakened product line at the corporate level and establish a response strategy. In addition, it is necessary to establish various support measures to strengthen Korea's export competitiveness in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era.
