영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the history and future responses for the institution and development of legal tourism sites in Korea. The history of legal tourism sites was examined through the approach of case studies. The data was collected from the official institutions such as Korea National Tourism Organization and Korean Culture & Tourism Institute. And it was arranged chronological change of tourism destination policies and the state of legal tourism sites. As a result, a few weaknesses was discovered when the government selected a legal tourism site and developed it. Therefore, this study suggests that government should establish obvious criteria of development and carry out efficient management, continuous investment, and involvement of regional residents for more improvement of condition of legal tourism site.
