발달장애학생의 제조업 현장실습에 요구되는 기초 직업기술 중요도에 대한 특수교사와 산업체 직원의 인식 비교

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 발달장애학생의 제조업체 현장실습에 필요한 기초 직업기술 중요도에 대한 특수교사와 산업체 직원의 인식 차이를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법: D와 CH 지역의 특수학교 교사와 산업체 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 활용하여기술통계 및 t-test를 실시했다. 연구결과: 첫째, ‘기초 직업기능’에서 특수학교 교사와 산업체 직원은 ‘안전수칙을 알고 안전수칙 지키기’를 중요하게 인식하였다. 둘째, ‘직무수행기능’에서 특수교사는 ‘직무 순서에 따라 올바르게 수행하기’를, 산업체 직원은 ‘불량품 없이 작업을 정확하게수행하기’를 중요하게 인식하였다. 셋째, ‘사회성 및 일상생활 기능’은 특수교사와 산업체 직원모두 ‘직장의 정해진 규율 지키기’를 가장 중요하게 인식하였다. 결론: 마지막으로, ‘직무수행기능’과 ‘사회성 및 일상생활 기능’에서는 특수교사가 산업체 직원에 비해 보다 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의: 산업체 직원이 중요하게 인식하고 있는 기초 직업기술들을 발달장애학생의 직업 관련 교육과정에 반영함으로써, 산업체 맞춤형의 직무지도가 이루어질 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This survey study aimed to examine the differences in special education teachers’ and industry employees’ perceptions of the importance of basic vocational skills, which are necessary for training students with developmental disabilities in the manufacturing field. Method: The research participants is special education teachers and manufacturing industry employees in D and CH areas. And SPSS 24.0 was used for the data analysis. The researchers employed descriptive statistics and t-tests. Results: In the area of ‘basic vocational skills’, both special education teachers and industry employees recognized ‘knowing safety rules and following safety rules’ as the most important skill. In the ‘job performance function’ area, special education teachers perceived ‘performing properly as ordered’ the most, and the industry employees responded ‘performing work accurately without making defects’. In the ‘sociality and daily life function’ area, both groups recognized ‘following rules’, as the most critical skill. In the areas of ‘job performance function’ and ‘sociality and daily life function’, the mean values of special education teachers were statistically higher than those of industry employees. Conclusion: It is necessary to put more emphasis on basic vocational skills, sociality, and daily life areas. It is necessary to strengthen safety and first aid education. It is necessary to reflect the technology that industry employees recognize as important in the curriculum. Industry-tailored job guidance for industries is needed.
