자폐스펙트럼장애 학생을 위한 미술 매개 중재 연구 경향 분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 2000년 ∼ 2020년까지 자폐스텍트럼장애 학생을 위한 미술 매개 중재 연구의 경향을 미술 활동이 주로 이루어지는 학교와 치료실을 중심으로 살펴보는데, 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 총 22편 논문의 하위 분석 범주는 논문 발표 연도와 연구 대상자 특성, 연구 대상자 진단 도구, 연구 설계 유형, 중재 결과 제시 방법, 종속 변인으로 구성하였다. 그리고 중재환경별(학교환경/ 치료실 환경)로 미술 매체를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 미술 매개 중재 논문발표 연도를 보면, 2012년 이후 학술지에 발표된 미술 매개 중재 논문의 수가 그 이전에 비해급격하게 줄어들었다. 둘째, 유아와 초등학생을 대상으로 한 논문이 대부분이었다. 셋째, 연구대상자의 진단 도구는 아동기 자폐증 평정척도(Childhood Autism Rating Scale: CARS)를 가장 많이사용하였고, 치료실 환경 중재에서는 이화-자폐아동행동발달척도 검사(Ewha-Check List for Autistic Children: E-CLAC)를 가장 많이 5편(45.4%)에서 사용하였다. 넷째, 사회적 행동 영역에 해당하는목표 행동이 종속 변인으로 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 미술 매체 사용에 있어 학교 환경과 치료실환경의 중재 환경에 따른 큰 차이점은 발견되지 않았다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 자폐스펙트럼 장애 학생의 미술 활동 프로그램 개발을 위해서 미술 매개에 대한 탐색과 학교 환경과치료실 환경의 전략들이 공유될 필요성이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review research trends on art assisted interventions for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders by analyzing journal articles published from 2000 to 2020 in Korea. Method: Based on the criteria suggested in this study, a total of 22 articles were identified. Each article was analyzed with sub-variables such as the year of presentation, characteristics of participants, assessment tools of participants, research design, dependent variables, result analysis tool of research and art materials on both art education school settings and art therapy settings. Results: First, according to trends of the year of presentation, the number of papers decreased after 2012. Second, most study participants were preschoolers and elementary school students. Third, as assessment tools of participants, Childhood Autism Rating Scale: CARS was widely used and the Ewha-Check List for Autistic Children: E-CLAC was widely used to analyze the intervention result in art therapy settings. Fourth, the dependent variables of most papers were social interactions. Fifth, there were not meaningful differences of using art materials between art education school settings and art therapy settings. Conclusion: Based on the results, the findings suggest that efforts to develop practical art activity programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders may be enhanced by addressing art materials and sharing practical strategies through both education school settings and art therapy settings.
