지역 문화예술단체 사례를 통한 문화예술교육공동체로의 활용 가능성 모색

국문 초록

연구목적: 문화예술에 대한 개인적·사회적인 기대와 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 2005년 문화예술교육정책 사업이 시작되면서 지역의 문화예술단체를 중심으로 다양한 일을 수행해 오고 있다. 이런 맥락에서 지역문화예술단체를 대상으로 문화예술분야에서 이들이 가지는 정체성과 활동을통한 문화예술교육공동체로써 활용 가능성을 탐색해 보았다. 연구방법: 사례연구방법을 사용하여 심층면접의 결과를 통해 한국문화예술진흥원이 제시한 ‘지역특성화 문화예술교육’의 세 가지미션을 중심으로 지역과 관계를 맺으며 공동체 강화를 실천할 가능성을 가지고 있는지를 탐색해 보았다. 연구결과: 문화예술단체는 문화예술을 일상의 심리적·체험적 경험을 돕는 역할로 인식하고, 지역주민과 지속적으로 문화예술을 나누며 지역사회에 공헌하고 있다. 결론: 지역의 문화예술단체는 사회에서 치유와 회복의 기능을 하고 있고, 지역 문화예술단체가 교육공동체로의역할이 가능할 것이라는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: Since the cultural arts education policy project started in 2005, various activities have been carried out centering on local cultural and artistic organizations. In this context, we explored the possibility of using local cultural and artistic groups as a culture and arts education community through their identity and activities in the field of culture and art. Method: Based on the results of in-depth interviews using the case study method, the three missions of 'locally specialized culture and arts education' presented by the Korea Culture and Arts Promotion Agency were analyzed. Results: Cultural and artistic organizations recognize culture and art as a role that helps in daily psychological and experiential experiences, and are contributing to the local community by continuously sharing culture and art with local residents. Conclusion: It is meaningful that local cultural and artistic organizations are playing a healing and recovery function in society, and that local cultural and artistic organizations will be able to play a role as an educational community.
