국문 초록

이 연구는 초등학교 1학년 학생과 어른의 의사소통 갈등에 관한 연구로 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 1학년 학생과 어른과의 의사소통에서 갈등이 일어나는 까닭은 무엇인가? 둘째, 두 사람의 갈등은 어떤 과정으로 진행되는가? 셋째, 초등학교 1학년 학생이 어른과의 의사소통 갈등 상황에서 배운 것은 무엇인가? 연구 결과 첫째, 초등학교 1학년 학생과 어른과의 의사소통에서 갈등이 생긴 까닭은 의사소통 과정에서 자기가 자신에게 부여한 정체성과 상대방이 자신에게 부여한 정체성의 차이로 인하여 발생하였으며, 대인관계에서 참여자들의 힘이 작용하면서 생겨났다. 또한 우리 언어문화에 어긋나는 의사소통 방식으로 인하여 갈등이 생겨났음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 두 사람의 갈등 양상은 경쟁－회피－제 3자의 중재－관계 회복의 과정으로 진행되었다. 셋째, 의사소통 갈등 상황에서 초등학교 1학년 학생이 배운 것은 어른에게 대들어서는 안되고, 새끼라는 말을 사용해서는 안된다는 우리말의 언어문화성을 배웠음을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구 결과는 초등학교 1학년을 대상으로 하는 화법 교육 내용과 방법에 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Conflicts of Communication and to look for suggestion about speech communication education. In order to accomplish this research purpose, the following research questions are constructed. First, Why the conflicts are constructed in communication between the 1st grade elementary schoolchild and adult? Second, How the conflicts between two participants become? Third, What is the schoolchild learned in the situation? The outcome of this research, the conflicts in communication between the 1st grade elementary schoolchild and adult are constructed difference in identities that is avowed and ascribed. And The conflicts constructed the power negotiated in relationships. It constructed the inappropriate communication way in Korean language culture. The conflicts between two go through channels by competition－avoidance－arbitration－recuperation. The 1st grade elementary schoolchild learned that the retort to adults and the using of abusive language are not appropriate the Korean language culture. It should be highly estimated that the results of this study help to listening·speaking education.
