국문 초록

이 연구가 가지는 기본적 관점은 북한이탈주민이 탈북 이후 남한에서의 정착하기까지의 일반적인 사회화 과정을 담아내고자 함이다. 즉 북한이탈주민이 남한에서의 정착이 사회화 과정의 일환이라는 측면에서 남한주민과의 생활방식에 얽힌 내용이나 반응 등을 적요하는데서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 따라서 북한이탈주민의 남한사회에서의 적응 및 정착문제는 궁극적으로 체제통합에 앞서서 남북한 주민의 실질적인 사회통합을 이루기 위한 매우 중요한 시험대가 될 수 있다. 북한이탈주민을 너무 격리시켜서도 혹은 분산시켜서도 안 되겠지만, 이들의 남한정착이 사회화는 물론 남한 국민의 일원으로 당당히 살아가는데서 그 존재의의를 찾을 수 있다. 이런 의미에서 남북한의 통일이나 체제통합을 위한 북한이탈주민의 남한에서의 사회화 과정의 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다. 그래서 북한이탈주민의 남한정착을 위한 사회화 과정은 어떻게 혹은 얼마나 제도화되고 있는지를, 또한 북한이탈주민의 남한에서의 사회 통합적 가치는 무엇인지를 살펴보는 것은 유의미한 연구라 하지 않을 수 없다.

영문 초록

The basic viewpoint which this study has it becomes to put in a general socialization process until the North Korea secession resident becomes fixed in South Korea after defect from North Korea. Namely, the questionable matter of study is searching where the North Korea secession resident is tied in a life methods or reaction of the South Korea resident from the one side which the fixation from South Korea is link of socialization process Consequently the adaptation and fixation problem from the South Korea society of the North Korea secession resident becoming the testing stand which is important for accomplishes the substantial social integration of the South and North Korea resident ultimately before in regime integration. It the North Korea disconnection resident too much quarantines or disperses does not become, but these South Korea fixation of the North Korea secession resident is searching the existence from where it lives grandly with not only socialization but the member of South Korea citizen. If the importance of socialization process from South Korea of the North Korea secession resident for the unity or a regime integration of South and North Korea from like this meaning emphasizes no matter how, it does not go to extremes. It is like that and the socialization process the North Korea secession resident for a South Korea fixation to be how are becoming how many institutionalization or, also social integrated value from South Korea of the North Korea secession resident it probably is what, it tries observing the research which is important it will not can
