국문 초록

본 연구에서는 D대학에서 NCS 기반 커피전공 교육과정 개발을 위한 사례연구를 통해, 사회적인 수요 맞춤형 고등직업교육 운영을 위한 기초를 마련하고 또한 최고의 인성과 직무능력을 갖춘 로스터리 디저트 카페 관리자 양성이라는 목표에 구현하고자 하였다. NCS 기반의 사회수요 맞춤형 커피전공학과 교육과정 개발은 첫째, 직업전망, 고용동향 등의 인력수요 및 환경을 분석하고, 재학생·산업체를 대상으로 한 설문조사와 학과 내부 역량을 조사하는 등 환경 분석 및 요구분석을 실시함으로서 전공과정에서 양성해야할 인재양성유형 및 직무를 선정하였다. 둘째, 직무별 현장전문가 (SME)가 포함된 교육과정 개발위원회를 구성하여 직무의 정의, 직무모형 설정, 직무모형 검증을 수행하였으며, 마지막으로 NCS 능력단위, 능력단위요소, 수행준거, 지식(K), 기술(S), 태도(A)를 고려하여 교과목 도출과 프로파일 작성 및 최종 교육과정표를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study intends to prepare the ground for operation of customized on-demand higher job education and help to achieve the goal of training roastery dessert cafe managers with upright personality and highest job performance through the case study of NCS-based curriculum developed by D College. To begin with, the first step to develop NCS-based customized on-demand curriculum for Coffee Department was to make environment analysis as well as manpower demand estimation such as career prospect and employment trend. Types of human resources to be developed and job types to be trained in the department were selected by conducting environment analysis and needs analysis, including surveys by students and industrial enterprises and internal capability assessment of the department. Secondly, by organizing curriculum development committee including subject matter experts, such activities as job definition, job model setting, and job model verification were done. Finally, by considering NCS competency units, competency unit elements, preformance criteria, knowledge(K), skills(S), attitude(A), subjects were selected, subject profiles were written, and the final curriculum diagram was drawn.
