대학 창의성 수업의 대학생 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 향상 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 교양 수업으로써의 창의성 수업이 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동을 향상시키는지 확인하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 창의성 수업의 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 향상 효과 확인을 위해 경기도 소재 H대학 대학생 62명을 대상으로 실험연구를 진행하였고, 일반 교양 창의성 수업 진행 전과 후의 대학생 자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 지표를 측정하여 수업의 효과를 확인하였다. 창의성 수업은 주 1회, 회당 3시간으로 진행되었으며, 실험기간은 2022년 9월 6일부터 10월 11일까지 6주간 진행하였다. 실험을 통해 수집한 데이터는 SPSS Statistics 26.0을 이용해 대응표본 t검정을 진행하고, Cronbach 계수를 산출해 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 실험을 통한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 창의성 수업은 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인 중 진로계획, 목표설정, 전체 진로결정 자기효능감 향상에 효과적이었다. 둘째, 대학 창의성 수업은 진로준비행동의 하위요인 중 목표달성활동, 정보수집활동, 전체 진로준비행동 향상에 효과적이었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 대학교에서의 창의성 수업은 대학생의 창의역량 증진 뿐만 아니라 진로결정에 대한 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 향상에 효과적이었음을 확인하였고, 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학 창의성 수업의 활용성 측면에서 창의역량 증진 뿐만 아니라 진로와 관련 역량 향상을 확인할 수 있는 추후 실험을 통해 대학 핵심역량의 여러 방면의 증진 가능성을 확인하고, 창의성 수업 커리큘럼이 계발되어 활용될 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether college creativity classes improve career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of college students. An experimental study was conducted with 62 college students from H University in Gyeonggi-do to confirm the improvement effect of career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of creativity class. The experiment was conducted once a week for 6 weeks, 3 hours each, and the experiment period was from September 6 to October 11, 2022. The data collected through the experiment were subjected to a paired-sample t-test using SPSS Statistics 26.0, and reliability was confirmed. It is the result of research through experimentation. First, college creativity classes were effective in improving career planning, goal setting, and overall career decision self-efficacy among the sub-factors of college students' career decision self-efficacy. Second, the college creativity class was effective in improving goal achievement activities, information collection activities, and overall career preparation behavior among the sub-factors of career preparation behavior. Based on the results of this study, the class curriculum will be developed and utilized with the possibility of enhancing various aspects of university core competencies by expanding the usability aspect of university creativity classes.
