은퇴 장애인의 생활만족도에 미치는 요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 은퇴 장애인의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 국민노후보장패널 제8차 자료를 활용하였다. 분석 대상은 장애인과 비장애인을 구분하였으며, 장애인 그룹도 성별, 장애 유형, 장애발생 시기를 구분하여 비교 분석하였다. 독립변수는 인적 요인, 건강 요인, 경제 요인, 은퇴 요인로 구성하였으며, 종속변수는 은퇴후 생활만족도로 하였다. 분석방법은 기술통계, 독립 표본 t 검증, 선형회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활만족도는 은퇴 비장애인이 은퇴장애인보다 높았으며, 장애인 그룹에서는 여성, 지체장애인, 은퇴전 장애를 가진 집단이 남성, 지체외장애인, 은퇴후 장애를 가진 집단보다 높았다. 둘째, 은퇴 장애인과 달리 은퇴 비장애인은 경제적 독립, 건강보험 가입, 신체적 건강 등이 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 셋째, 남성장애인과 여성장애인 비교시, 여성은 만성질환, 남성은 일상생활 및 사회생활 제한 변수가 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 지체장애인에 비해 지체 외 장애인의 경우 은퇴 자발성 여부가 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 다섯째, 장애 발생시기에 따른 비교 결과, 은퇴전 장애를 가진 집단은 인적 요인, 은퇴후 장애를 가진 집단은 일상활동 제한 변수가 영향을 미쳤다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 은퇴 장애인의 생활만족도 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 장애인의 은퇴에 대한 정책적 관심 확대, 은퇴에 따른 심리적 건강과은퇴 수용에 대한 대책 마련, 장애인에게 특화된 은퇴 준비 프로그램 도입 방안 등을제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the life satisfaction of retired, disabled people, utilizing the eighth data of the Korean Retirement and Income Study(KReLS), analyzed following the disability, gender, types and time of occurrence of disability. The independent variable consisted of individual, health, economic, and retirement factors, and the dependent variable was life satisfaction after retirement. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, and linear regression analysis were performed for analysis. The results are as follows. First, retired non-disabled people showed higher life satisfaction than disabled people. Among the disabled group, women, physically disabled people, and disabled people who had disabilities before their retirement showed higher satisfaction than men, disabled people whose disability is not physical, and acquired disabilities after retirement. Second, the retired non-disabled group showed significance in economic variables and physical health. Third, when comparing gender, different variables affect men and women. Fourth, in other types of disabilities, retirement autonomy showed significance. Fifth, comparing the occurrence of disability, disabled people who obtained disabilities before retirement showed significance in individual factors. In contrast, the group who obtained disabilities after retirement showed limitations in daily life. This study suggested a support plan for improving life satisfaction for retired, disabled people.
