4차 산업혁명 기술기반 벤처기업에 대한 정부 R&D지원과 기술혁신성과 간에 기업가정신의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 정부 R&D지원이 4차 산업혁명 기술기반 벤처기업 CEO의 기업가정신에 영향을 미치고, 이는 기술혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 검증하고자 한다. 즉, 4차 산업혁명 기술기반 벤처기업 CEO의 기업가정신의 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 기업가정신은 기존연구자들에 의해서 주장해 왔던 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성의 차원을 포함하는 변수들을 이용하며, 정부의 R&D지원을 직접적인 지원과 간접적인 지원으로 구분하여 기존 연구를 검토하였다. 본 연구의 가설에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 정부 R&D 직접지원과 간접지원은 모두 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직접지원이 간접지원보다 더 크게 기업가정신에 정(+)적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 정부 R&D 직접지원과 간접지원은 모두 기술혁신성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 정부의 R&D 출연 및 보조금은 기술혁신성과와는 유의한 관계를 보이는 기존 연구와 맥락을 같이한다. 셋째, 기업가정신이 기술혁신성과는 정(+)적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 기술혁신성과에 영향을 미친다는 대부분의 연구 결과를 지지하고 있다. 넷째, 정부 R&D 직접지원과 간접지원이 성기술혁신과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 기업가정신의 매개효과 분석을 시행하였다. 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타나, 기업가정신은 정부의 R&D 직접지원 및 간접지원과 기술혁신성과 간에 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 4차 산업혁명 기술기반 벤처기업에 대한 R&D 지원정책 수립을 제시하기 위한 기초적인 자료로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 또한 벤처기업의 육성 및 정책을 마련하기 위한 참고자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to verify that government R&D support affects the entrepreneurship of CEO's of venture companies based on the 4th industrial revolution technology, which can have a significant effect on technological innovation performance. In other words, in order to analyze the mediating effect of entrepreneurship of CEOs of venture companies based on the 4th industrial revolution technology, entrepreneurship is risk-taking, Existing studies were reviewed by dividing government R&D support into direct support and indirect support using variables including the dimensions of initiative and innovation. The research results according to the hypothesis of this study can be summarized as follows. First, both direct government R&D support and indirect support were found to have a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurship, and it was confirmed that direct support had a greater positive (+) effect on entrepreneurship than indirect support. Second, both direct government R&D support and indirect support appear to affect technological innovation performance, which is in line with some existing studies that government R&D investment and subsidies have a significant relationship with corporate performance. Third, entrepreneurship appears to have a significant positive (+) effect on technological innovation performance, supporting most of the research findings that it affects technological innovation performance. Fourth, to verify the effect of government R&D direct support and indirect support on technological innovation performance, an analysis of the mediating effect of entrepreneurship was conducted. The mediating effect was found to be significant, and it was confirmed that entrepreneurship plays a mediating role between the government's direct and indirect support for R&D and performance.
