국문 초록

기업가정신과 지수는 다면적 특성과 다양한 정의를 가진 개념이다. 따라서 GEM이나 OECD 등 기존의 연구들은 다수의 지표를 통해, 일부 연구자들은 단일지표를 통해 기업가정신을 표현하고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 이슈화되고 있는 한국의 기업가정신 측정도구로써 글로벌 차원의 기업가정신지수별 특성을 면밀하게 비교분석 하고자 한다. 왜냐하면, 한국의 기업가정신지수의 기준과 관련하여, 정부와 민간기관이 각기 다른 통계를 인용하는 등 한국의 기업가정신지수에 관한 해석의 차이가 크게 발생하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 다양한 글로벌기관에서 발표하는 기업가정신지수의 특성을 비교분석하고, 한국의 기업가정신 생태계를 분석하는데 가장 적합한 기업가정신지수의 특성을 분석하여 <한국형 기업가정신지수(KEI)>의 개발 방향성을 위한 전략적 제언과 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서, 새로운 한국형 기업가정신지수(KEI: Korea Entrepreneurship Index)의 개발에 관한 필요성 및 방향성을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제시함으로써 본 연구의 가치가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Entrepreneurship and index is a concept with multifaceted characteristics and various definitions. Therefore, existing studies such as GEM and OECD use multiple indicators, and some researchers express entrepreneurship through a single indicator. This study aims to closely compare and analyze the characteristics of each global entrepreneurship index as a measure of entrepreneurship in Korea, which has recently become an issue. This is because, with respect to the standards of Korea's entrepreneurship index, there is a large difference in interpretation of the Korean entrepreneurship index, such as citing different statistics by the government and private organizations. Therefore, through this study, the characteristics of the Entrepreneurship Index published by various global organizations were comparatively analyzed and the characteristics of the Entrepreneurship Index most suitable for analyzing the Korean entrepreneurship ecosystem were analyzed to determine the characteristics of the . We would like to present strategic suggestions and implications for the development direction. Through this study, it will be worthwhile by suggesting strategic implications for the necessity and direction of the new standards and development.
