영문 초록

Today, not only the residential environment but also the urban environment is recognized as very important for the quality of human life. Furniture, which is a component of the residential environment, pursues the daily convenience of human beings and at the same time its role is gradually expanding, and it is in charge of emotional functions by communicating with various human emotions. In a reality where the role and necessity of art furniture is gradually expanding, public art furniture, which has sought to expand spatially into the public domain for the public who shares the urban environment, is also a reality that is required to build a creative living environment for city dwellers. These public art furniture satisfy the three requirements of 'a formative object of the urban environment', 'a medium for sharing artistic sensibility', and 'creating a space for social communication', and are helping to build a more desirable urban environment. There is a demand for universal expansion of public art furniture that provides safety and convenience in an urban environment, stimulates the sensibility of city dwellers, provides inspiration for creative life, and plays a role in social communication between humans.
