국문 초록

[연구목적] 본 연구는 중국 학위취득과정 성인학습자를 대상으로 교육서비스만족도, 참여동기, 학업적 효능감 및 진로결정수준의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. [연구방법] 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 교육서비스만족도, 참여동기, 학업적 효능감, 진로결정수준 간의 관계를 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21 프로그램을 사용해 자료를 분석하였다. [연구결과] 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 중국 학위취득과정 성인학습자가 인식한 교육서비스만족도는 참여동기, 학업적 효능감, 진로결정수준에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 학위취득과정 성인학습자가 인식한 교육서비스만족도와 진로결정수준의 관계에서 참여동기, 학업적 효능감 각각 매개영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 이러한 점을 토대로 학업적 효능감을 높게 인식할 수 있도록 중국 학위취득과정 교육담당자는 적절한 과제부여, 학습자의 역량을 정확하게 파악하여 자신감을 높일 수 있는 교육내용으로 구성하고 학습자의 경험을 학습 과정에서 활용할 수 있도록 교육 분위기를 조성할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

[Purpose] This study aims to examine the structural relationship between educational service satisfaction, participation motivation, academic efficacy, and career decision level for adult learners in the Chinese degree acquisition process. [Method] In order to achieve this purpose, the relationship between educational service satisfaction, participation motivation, academic efficacy, and career decision level was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21 programs. [Results] First, the main research results showed that the educational service satisfaction recognized by adult learners in the Chinese degree acquisition process had a significant effect on participation motivation, academic efficacy, and career decision level. Second, it was found that participation motivation and academic efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between educational service satisfaction and career decision level recognized by adult learners in the Chinese degree acquisition process. [Conclusion] In order to recognize academic efficacy based on these points, it is necessary to create an educational atmosphere that can increase confidence by accurately identifying learners' competencies and using learners' experiences in the learning process.
