북한 급변사태 가능성에 대한 실존철학적 접근

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 북한체제의 급변사태 가능성을 실존철학적 입장에서 제시하는데 있다. 급변사태와 관련된 ‘체제동학’을 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. ‘한계적 예’의 산출, ‘한계적 예’의 ‘지층화’와 이로 인한 ‘저항적 입장’의 생성, 그리고 ‘저항적 입장의 응축’이다. 이러한 급변사태와 관련된 구조적 요인의 토대 위에서, 급변사태를 촉진시킬 수 있는상황변수로는 첫째, 기득권층의 내부분열로 인한 응축된 ‘저항적 입장’ 의 급진적 표출, 둘째, 응축된 ‘저항적 입장’의 우연적이면서도 직접적인 분출로서의 민중봉기를 들 수 있다. 이러한 급변사태와 관련된 이론적 틀 위에서, 북한체제의 구조적인 동학에 대해서 고찰하였다. 북한의‘고난의 행군’이 북한체제의 체제 내적인 분화 현상이 생성된 시기임을제시하였다. ‘고난의 행군’ 이후 북한체제가 통치시스템으로서 내세우고있는 선군정치가 ‘체제 개혁’의 시도가 아니라 체제유지를 위한 또 다른전략적 방식임을 제시하였다. 이를 통해서, 북한은 이미 체제 내적으로‘저항적 입장의 응축’이 심화된 상태라는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 구조적 토대 위에서 북한 급변사태를 촉진시킬 수 있는 상황변수로는 첫째, 북한 기득권 세력의 내부분열이다. 특히 이것은 김정은의 정치적 역량과 관계한다. 둘째, 저항적 입장의 응축의 우연적이면서 직접적인 분출로서의 민중봉기이다.

영문 초록

This article is to present the possibility for ‘rapid change situation’ of North Korea on the basis of existential philosophy. On the basis of ‘system dynamics’ reconstructed by existential philosophy, this article analyzes the structural connection of the duration of ‘system maintenance’ with ‘rapid change situation’. The duration of ‘system maintenance’ ends up becoming ‘the condensation of regressive position’. This forms physical foundation of ‘rapid change situation’. The accelerator of ‘rapid change situation’ is the inner split of the conservative and the accidential and direct factor which will cause the radical eruption of condensational ‘regressive position’. ‘March of Suffering’ is presented as the period of the formation of ‘regressive position’. And the ‘military first policy’ of North Korea is presented as the strategic mechanism of ‘inertial power’. This analysis gives evidence to prove that North Korea System is that ‘the condensation of regressive position’ is considerably deep. On this structural basis, The accelerator of ‘rapid change situation’ of North Korea is the inner split of the conservative which is associated with the political ability of Kim Jong-un, or the accidential and direct factor which will cause the radical eruption of ‘condensational regressive position’.
