국문 초록

본 연구는 제4차 북한핵실험의 의미에 대한 정치철학을 다루고 있다. 현 단계에서 북한핵실험은 더 이상 묵과하기 힘든 상황에까지 이르고 있다는 평가이다. 만약 북한핵을 이대로 방치하거나 방관할 경우 앞으로 한반도의 안보정세는 물론이고 동북아 나아가 세계평화에 치명적인 위협요소가 될 것은 명약관화일이라고 생각한다. 이러한 인식을 기초로 하여 본 논문은 제4차 북한핵실험의 의미가 갖는 정치철학을 보편적 가치와 우리 민족의 관점에서 살펴보았다. 보다 구체적으로 언급하면, 우선 재차 북한핵실험은 자유가치에 대한 도전행위로 엄중히 규탄하지 않을 수 없다는 점이다. 자유가치는 우리 인류가 추구하는 보편적인 가치이다. 북한핵실험은 북한정권의 속성상 자유에 대한 도전으로규정할 수밖에 없다고 생각한다. 그리고 북한핵실험은 평화가치에 대한중대한 침해행위라고 할 수 있다. 평화에는 소극적 평화와 적극적 평화가 있는데 북한핵실험은 한반도와 동북아에서의 적극적 평화상태의 구축을 결정적으로 막는 암적 존재라고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 북한핵실험은 우리 한민족의 민족정신과 완전히 배치되는 행동이다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed to analyse political-philosophically North Korea’s fourth nuclear test’s basic character and meanings. On this situation, North Korea’s nuclear test’s circumstances seem to us as dangerous and intractable as any I can remember, and I can remember quite a lot. If this continues, North Korean nuclear would end up with a serious situation. With this recognition, this thesis has looked at the political philosophical analysis of North Korea’s fourth nuclear test’s basic character and meanings from the perspective of a universal value and our people. A more specifically named, I strictly censure North Korea’s fourth nuclear test as an act of defiance to the values of freedom. Freedom’s value is the universal value of our human beings. Given the nature of the North Korea’s regime, North Korea’s fourth nuclear test is regulated as a challenge to freedom. Therefore, I think that North Korea’s nuclear test is a violation of the value at peace. North Korea’s fourth nuclear test is a bad apple preventing decisively the active peaceful building in the Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asia. Finally, North Korea’s nuclear test is an action being contrary to our national spirit.
