국문 초록

IT분야의 중요성과 달리 IT분야 예비 창업자들에 대한 선행적인 연구는 거의 전무한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학문적 관점에서 성격5요인을 활용하여 IT예비창업자들의 성격요인을분리할 것이며 나아가 IT분야 예비 창업자의 성격요인이 자기효능감, 개인혁신성, 창업의지에미치는 영향력을 파악하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 분석의 결과를 살펴보면 신경증은 개인혁신성과 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의미한 부적(－) 영향력을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 외향성은 자기효능감에 유의미한 정적(＋) 영향력을 주었다. 또한 개방성은 개인혁신성에, 성실성은개인혁신성에 친화성은 자기효능감에 유의미한 정적(＋) 영향력을 미쳤으며 개인혁신성과 자기효능감은 창업의도에 정적(＋) 영향력을 미쳤다. 본 분석의 결과 신경증이 개인혁신성에 가장큰 영향력을 주는 것을 알 수가 있었으며 다음으로는 개방성으로 파악되었다. 또한 자기효능감에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 신경증으로 나타났으며 다음으로는 외향성으로 파악되었다. 개인혁신성과 자기효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에서는 자기효능감이 개인혁신성보다 더 큰영향력을 창업의도에 미치는 것을 확인할 수가 있었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 향후 IT분야 예비창업자들의 성격을 토대로 한 맞춤식 교육을 시행하는데 유용한 자료로 활용이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Previous studies on potential IT entrepreneurs are almost nil unlike the importance of IT field. Hence, the present study aimed at isolating the personality factors of IT entrepreneurs using 5 personality factors in academic aspects, and on top of that, identifying the effects of potential IT entrepreneurs’ personality factors on self－efficiency, personal innovation, and entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the analysis are follows ：A nervous disease had a statistically significant negative(－) effect on personal innovation and self－efficiency, and extroversion had a significant positive(＋) effect on self－efficiency. Also, openness had a significant positive(＋) effect on personal innovation, sincerity on personal innovation, affinity on self－efficiency, while personal innovation and self－efficiency had a positive(＋) effect on entrepreneurial intentions. The results showed that nervous diseases affect personal innovation the most, followed by openness. Nervous diseases also affect self－efficiency the most, followed by openness. As for the effect of personal innovation and self－efficiency on entrepreneurial intention, it was identified that self－efficiency affects personal innovation more than personal innovation. It is suggested that the study results will be used as useful materials in providing customized education for potential IT entrepreneurs based on the analysis of their personalities in the future.
