이지키핑 회계프로그램을 적용한 농업회계처리 실무 사례

국문 초록

초연결과 초지능을 특징으로 하는 4차산업혁명시대는 농업경영체로 하여금 시간과 공간을 초월한 공유 인프라를 구축할 것을 요구하고 있다. 한편 우리나라의 농업경영체들은 농업회계를아예 도입하지 않거나 일부 농업경영체에서 차변과 대변 기반의 전통적인 복식부기시스템을 도입하고 있는 경우가 주류를 이루고 있다. 그러나 4차산업혁명시대를 맞이하여 농업회계는 신속한 정보가 아닌 실시간 정보, 상태정보나 성과정보가 아닌 자원흐름의 정보, 사후보고를 위한것이 아닌 미래 예측을 위한 정보, 신고 목적의 정보가 아닌 의사결정 목적의 정보, 궁극적으로는 농업경영체에서 신경망처럼 작동할 수 있는 회계정보가 되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 지금까지의 회계프로그램이 아닌 새로운 4차산업혁명시대에 필요한 혁신적인개념의 회계프로그램이 도입될 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 4차산업혁명시대에 적합한회계프로그램이라고 볼 수 있는 활동과 자원 기반의 이지키핑을 이용해 농업 분야에서 발생되는 거래를 처리하는 과정을 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 농업경영체가 농업회계를 도입할 수 있는 토대를 마련해 줄 뿐만 아니라학문적인 측면에서도 농업회계처리의 새로운 출발점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한회계에 대한 전문지식이 부족한 농업경영체의 경우에도 쉬운 회계를 도입할 수 있는 기회를 제공하게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

In the 4th Industrial Revolution era characterized by hyper connectivity and super intelligence, agricultural management is demanded to build a shared infrastructure that transcends time and space. Meanwhile, many Korean agricultural executives have not yet introduced agricultural accounting system at all and some agricultural management bodies are still using a traditional double－entry bookkeeping system based on debit and credit. However, in the age of the fourth industrial revolution, agricultural accounting requires not rapid information but real－time information, not financial position or performance information but that of resource flow, information not for post hoc reporting but for future prediction, and information not for revelation but for decision－making purposes. That is, agricultural accounting ultimately requires information that can act as a neural network in the agricultural management body. To do this, it is necessary to introduce an innovative concept based accounting program that is needed in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, not the traditional accounting program that has been in use so far. This study deals with the process of transactions in the agricultural sector by using the activity and resource－based E･A･S･Y Keeping accounting program which is suitable in the 4th industrial revolution era. The results of this study will not only provide a basis for agricultural management to introduce agricultural accounting but also a new starting point for agricultural accounting in academic respects. Besides, agricultural management bodies lacking in accounting expertise will also have an opportunity to introduce easy accounting.
