취업준비 대학생의 전공만족과 취업불안의 관계에서긍정심리자본의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 취업준비 대학생들의 전공만족이 취업불안에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이들 관계에서긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하고자 경기와 충남지역 4개 대학의 4학년 학생 208명을 대상으로연구를 수행하였다. SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 전공만족과 취업불안, 취업불안과 긍정심리자본과는 부(-)적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 전공만족과 긍정심리자본과는 정(+)적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 취업준비 대학생의 전공만족은 취업불안에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 전공만족이 취업불안에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 따라서 취업불안을 경험하고 있는 대학생들의 전공만족 수준을 높일 수 있도록 학과, 학교 취업진로센터 및 학생상담센터 등의 전공 및 심리·정서적 지원 조력 상담서비스의 확대가 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study targeted 208 fourth-grade students from four universities in Gyeonggi andChungnam to examine the effect of major satisfaction of university students preparing foremployment on job-seeking anxiety and verify the mediating effect of positive psychologicalcapital in these relationships. According to the results of this study, first, there was a negativecorrelation between major satisfaction and job-seeking anxiety, job-seeking anxiety and positivepsychological capital each. And there was a positive correlation between major satisfaction andpositive psychological capital. Second, the major satisfaction of university students preparing foremployment was found to be a factor influencing job-seeking anxiety. Finally, the partialmediation effect of positive psychological capital was verified in the effect of major satisfactionperceived on job-seeking anxiety. Therefore, it is necessary to expand major, psychological andemotional support counseling services through departments and schools.
