대학생의 사회부과 완벽주의가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학생의 사회부과 완벽주의와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 그릿과 성취동기의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내의 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 347명의 설문을 분석에 활용하였고, 분석방법으로는 구조방정식모형을 적용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 그릿이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 그릿과 성취동기가 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사회부과 완벽주의 성향이 있는 대학생의 진로준비행동을돕고, 이를 촉진하는 상담이나 교육 및 집단 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study tried to examine the mediating effect of grit and achievement motivation on therelationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and career preparation behavior ofcollege students. To this end, an online survey was conducted for university students in Korea. A total of 359 questionnaires were used for the analysis, and the structural equation modelingwas applied as an analysis method. The results are as follows. First, it was found that gritcompletely mediated the relationship between social prescribed perfectionism and careerpreparation behavior. Second, grit and achievement motivation sequentially mediated therelationship between social imposition perfectionism and career preparation behavior. This studyis meaningful in that it can provide basic data for developing a career program that helpscollege students with strong social imposition perfectionism.
