국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육기관 원장의 전문성과 교사의 수업전문성 간의 관계에서 조직효과성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구대상은 경상북도 3개 도시의 21곳 유치원에 재직하고 있는 유아교사229명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 연구변인 간에서 정적 상관성이 나타났다. 둘째, 원장의 전문성과 교사의 수업전문성 간의 관계에서 조직효과성은 부분매개효과를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 본 결과는 교사의 수업전문성은 원장의 전문성 직접 효과뿐만 아니라 조직효과성을 통한 간접효과를 받는다는 점을 보여줌으로써 현장에서 교사의 수업전문성 개발을 위한 다면적 접근의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of organizational effectivenessbetween the director's expertise and the teacher's instructional expertise. The subjects of thisstudy were 229 national and private kindergarten teachers in 21 kindergartens in 3 cities inGyeongsangbuk-do. As a result of the study, first, the professionalism of the director formed astatic relationship with organizational effectiveness. Second, the director's professionalism had apositive relationship with the teacher's teaching expertise. Third, organizational effectivenessformed a static relationship with class expertise. Fourth, the organizational effectiveness showeda partial mediating effect in the relationship between the professionalism of the principal of theearly childhood education institution and the teaching expertise of the teacher. The results ofthis study are expected to be used as basic data for the necessity to increase theprofessionalism of the director and to find a support plan for the improvement of tissueeffectiveness.
