비혼부의 직업 생활 경험에 대한 근거이론 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 비혼부들의 직업생활 경험에 관한 연구이다. 연구자들은 Glaser의 근거이론 연구방법과 Clarke의 상황분석으로 접근했다. 연구에 참여한 비혼부 14명의 직업 생활 경험에 대한 내용, 맥락, 구조와 함께 영향을 주는 사회적 담론을 분석하고 상황적 지식을 살펴보고자 했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, Glaser의 근거이론방법 접근으로 분석한 핵심범주는 ‘꿈이 유보된 생존 노동 속에서의 보람과 희망’이다. 핵심범주는 조건인 ‘일하는 기계로의 전환’, 우연적 사건인 ‘번아웃 노동’에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 맥락은 원인과 결과에 영향을 주는 것으로 ‘인적자본 투하의 결여’, ‘여가향유의 실종’이며 원인인 ‘자기 발전의 지체’가 ‘내용 없는 노동’이라는 결과로 이어지는 구조를 제시했다. 둘째, Clarke의 상황분석 결과로 비혼부들의 직업생활 경험을 드러낸 거친 버전, 정리된 버전의 상황지도와 비혼부들의 관계지도, 직장/지역사회를 나타낸 사회/세계 영역지도를 그렸다. 마지막으로 위치 지도를 통해 비혼부들의 상호작용 수준과 담론을 분석했다. 이와 같은 경험은 비혼부들의 사회적 낙인을 극복하며 자녀와 함께 자기의 삶을 구축하는 것으로 정리할 수 있다. 연구자들은 연구 결과에 근거하여 책임 있는 주체의 탄생과 비혼부자들의 삶을 지지할 수 있는 사회복지차원의 제언을 했다.

영문 초록

This study explores the working life experiences of unmarried fathers. The researchers adopted Glaser’s grounded theory research method and Clarke’s situational analysis for the study subjects. The purpose of this study was to analyze the social discourses that affects the contents, context, and structure of 14 unmarried fathers’ working life experiences and to examine their situational knowledge. The research results are as follows. First, the core category analyzed based on Glaser’s approach of the grounded theory is “The reward and hope in the labor for survival with the dream postponed. “ It was found that the core category was affected by the conditions of “Becoming a working machine “ and accidental “Burnout labor”. Here, ‘Lack of human capital investment’ and ‘No leisure time’ are the context that influences the cause and outcome, and this study suggests the structure in which the cause－“Delay in self-development”－leads to the outcome of “Labor without content” in the context. Second, based on the result of Clarke’s situational analysis, the study drew a rough version and an organized version a situational map, showing the work and life experiences of unmarried fathers, a relationship map of the unmarried fathers, and a social/world arena map representing work/regional community. Lastly, through a positional map, the level of interaction and discourse of unmarried fathers were analyzed. Based on the results of the study, the researchers provided suggestions at the social welfare level to support the creation of responsible subjects and the lives of unmarried fathers.
