국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대한민국의 고령사회에서 노인 연령층에 진입한 베이비부머를 대상으로 여가동기, 만족도, 행동 의도와 변인들 사이에서 사회적 배제가 가지는 조절효과를 연구함으로서, 사회적 배제를 당하는 베이비부머의 바람직한 여가활동과 질 높은 여가경험을 위한 정책 및 프로그램 개발 방향성 및 근거를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 실증분석을 위하여 빈도분석, 요인의 신뢰도분석(SPSS 22.0), 타당도 분석, 변수간의 상관관계 분석, 연구모형 분석(AMOS 22.0)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 대한민국 대도시에 거주하는 베이비부머세대 (1955년~1963년)를 모집단으로 하며, 2019년01월30일 -2019년 03월30일 동안 서면, 우편 및 SNS를 통한 인터넷 응답조사를 실시하여 표집되었다. 실증분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 여가동기의 구성요인인 지적 동기, 유능적 동기, 휴식적 동기는 여가만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 여가만족도는 여가행동의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 유능적 동기를 제외한, 여가 동기 및 여가만족도와의 관계에서, 사회적 배제 유무는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 통하여 몇 가지 여가정책의 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

For baby boomers who entered the elderly age group, this study identified the moderating effect of social exclusion among leisure motivation, satisfaction, behavioral intention, and variables. The purpose of this study is to present policies and program development directions and grounds for desirable leisure activities and high-quality leisure experiences of baby boomers who are socially excluded. For the empirical analysis of this study, frequency, factor reliability analysis(SPSS 22.0), validity, correlation between variables, and research model analysis(AMOS 22.0) were conducted. The sample of this study was collected by conducting an Internet response survey through interview, mail, and SNS for January 30, 2019 - March 30, 2019, and the population is the baby boomers living in large cities of Korea(born in 1955-1963). The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. 1) Motivations(intellectual, competent, and rest), which are constituent factors of leisure motivation, were found to affect leisure satisfaction. 2) Leisure satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on leisure behavioral intention. 3) In the relationship between leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction, excluding competent motivation, the social exclusion was found to have a moderating effect. Through the above analysis results, several implications of leisure policy were presented.
